1 Star is the minimum I could leave should be 0, orders there finest mats for my Audi A5 arrived late put them in my car to travel 23 miles wearing leather shoes and the they lost the carpet where my foot sits ??? Got I work sent an email to them so they had been in the car for 45mins this is there response Hello, Thanks for your patience. Yes, we have been advised by our factory that this is due to heavy footing or using work boots etc, nothing we can do about this. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Regards --- Absolutely useless product and customer service

Absolute rubbish. I asked for a Mazda 2,2018 model boot mat. The one you sent me is of a completely different profile, probably from an earlier model. So as stated complete rubbish.

Have not received them purchased earlier in September finest car mats and the delivery people don’t know where they are absolutely appalling

Emailed as unhappy with the quality of Supreme mats. I was then told that the pictures used on the website are not the actual products they sell. Was offered a 10% refund, then a 15% refund. I declined both and have reported this company to trading standards and my credit card provider (who have refunded me for the mats) Last email said that I could return for a full refund (but would have to pay for postage) all I wanted was the goods that were advertised. Mats were £50 and are genuinely terrible quality. Avoid these mats and order carmats4u, they are amazing! I explained my experience with this company and carmats4u gave me £15 discount. Pictures below of quality advertised vs what I was sent. Appauling way to operate a business.

Worst car mats I’ve ever purchased. The clips don’t fit and cause the mat to slide up and down. Got stuck under my pedal. Would never use again

Terrible! This is a genuine review of how they ignore your emails when you raise a concern or ask for a refund. I’ve been polite throughout my correspondence and give ample time for them to reply to each email, however they choose to ignore you in hope that you give up. Car mats are not great! The size is not great! The stitched edge wasn’t great! and the Velcro pads they supply are useless on the type of rubber material they use underneath. Really not worth the hassle. I’ve asked for a refund back in June and I’m still yet to hear back after numerous emails from myself.

I haven't received them yet. I am still on holiday and they didn't arrive by last weekend as they should have. I then had a communication from Evri to say they were delivered on Monday 25th September but they left it on the drive behind my dustbin 🗑 😒 and not with my neighbour or over the locked side gate as instructed. I won't be home till late Sunday evening so I hope 🙏 it's still there

Hi Robert, I'm afraid this situation was out of our hands, we sent the mats at a timely manner but it looks like the courier has lost the parcel. A replacement is already on the way as we discussed over emails.

Hi Barbara, Looks like the initial order was 100% sent out while I am looking at it, not sure why the couriers returned it back after holding it for a while. We've already despatched a new set of mats for you and they are currently at the depot while checking the tracking code for you. Sorry and this is pretty unusual.

Its been a uncomfortable journey from the word go. EVRI apparently delivered it. No one can find it. The dealing with customer service, which was terrible. Just like the other review said. Then i get told that a i am getting a replacement set. And every time i emailed when, or whats the tracking number, i get ignored and no one bothers to reply. So previous reviews from other customers were NOT lies no matter what unprofessional guy replies to their complaints/reviews. I one was Complaining, yes maybe a once off, but there are clearly more people complaining which indicated there a problem with this company. If you want not mat, and loads us lies, buy it. Rather go someone else. I am taking this further and wont back down.

Stitching coming loose , piping over lapping and thickness of carpet very thin for so called prestige. Very disappointed.

Sent them back cause they were uncustomised they were supposed to be prestige mats so thick you couldnt have heal pad. Pricr £47.99They were as thick as card board. Poor quality and cost me £11 to send back. They even offered me 20% off and that still made them expensive no thanks.

Hi Anthony, Very sorry to hear about this, I can confirm we had an issue which we did mention to you across over e-mail that we indeed had a manufacturing fault on our end where we sent out the wrong material type. Apologies, we did also mention you could keep the mats and we will be sending the actual replacement to you while you can keep the current mats. Front driver mat gave up and became worn after 3 uses. Front passenger mat didn’t fit car despite being advertised as 4 series mat

Matt's took a long time to arrive when they did turn up the were not for my car and the material was of very low quality. Not what I ordered, couldn't be bothered to return as probably would not have got my money back or the right product, so binned them and took a hit on the cost. Woul never reorder with this company again.

Ordered mine and it didn’t fit! Wonky clip position! Asked for a refund. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks and all they say is that the factory has not got back to them. AVOID!
