Mats aren’t of the best quality, very bad fit with gaps around the footwell. Passenger mat doesn’t fit the clips on the floor Finest have said they will take them back but refuse to pay return postage which they should do as the items are faulty and not of merchantable quality. Why should I pay to return inferior faulty products ?

I waited far too long for the mats as indicated they come within days it took weeks when they eventually arrived fitted them in the car there are two points where the mats click on and they don't do that so that's a review not going very well but I've got to say not happy at all. Thanks

Delivery took ages and they were NO help at all in resolving i think they are just a marketing front and farm out the mats to be made i bought RR quality but more like dahatsu

I have just bought a new mini and these took so long to arrive, very poor quality and don’t fit correctly even though I put my registration and make a model of vehicle into the website will not bother again. Waste of money will be throwing away once I’ve purchased some more from somewhere else..

Hi Lisa, I've just investigated this for you, It looks like the courier drivers have either taken the parcel and left an image of no one being in the property without re-trying the next day. We will be taking this up with the courier and getting you a new set sent out as of urgency. Please expect them early next week. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Terrible - DO NOT ORDER!! My car mats never actually arrived and even though I have emailed them to tell them, I have not had a reply, an apology or even been offered a replacement/refund.

Really useless website to order things. I really not recommend anyone. The carmats I have ordered not good quality and size are not fitting good. The delivery they says 3 - 8 days I think my order take to come more then 3 week. So simple please don't order anything for this site Very poor customer service, no contact number only you have to send them emails Thanks

Delivery was really bad guys. I mean it. From 8 days to 4 weeks. Just get some from Amazon. Car mats weren’t even worth it, they don’t fully fit the car especially the middle part of the back seat. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Hi Mogdad, I'm not entirely sure about the review you've left, I've just had a look at the tracking and can see that the parcel was delivered and handed over to a resident at the shipping address you've provided. Please have a look at this yourself, this review is incorrect.

I ordered my carpets and its been such a mission. It took 3 weeks to be dispatched. Then it was delivered by Evri to a Post Office. The owner if the post office said he does not accept ervi parcels. I am not receiving any help from finestcarmats, and they dont want to refund me my money. The level of service is pathetic.

Hi Mitch, As stated via e-mail, this review is indeed incorrect and you've not indicated a few things while leaving this review which is a shame. First and foremost, we require 3-8 working days as these mats are made to order. You expected delivery within a few days which is not possible, you emailed us to state that you've moved houses and now wanted us to change the delivery address to a Post office - which we did. The delivery took place within the timeframe we state, our courier has provided us and yourself proof of delivery of this taking place. Now, prior to giving us the Post Office's address, it's your duty to check whether the post office allows a drop-off and at this time, this was not checked by yourself. We rely on you to provide us with an address for delivery, we've contacted the courier and while you have done so too - proof was provided of delivery to both of us. We would want you to contact the post office as they may be able to help with this.

Premium price with low budget customer service. If you want mats anytime soon DONT bother with this company, ive had excuse after excuse on why i still dont have the mats i ordered, seeing other reviews seems to be a common issue. Please go elsewhere you will only be disappointed by this company.

If I could give a zero or a negative I would, I would not recommend this company, ever. I have three mats that fit and one that I may aswell put in the bin. After much back and forth, photos, measurements etc, I am wrong and the factory is right. My stock standard vehicle with its securing points are the problem, as per this factory. Even in comparison to the original manufacturer mat, I was told it is universal and not a genuine product. Wow, what an absolute disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, their factory is right and will offer you a 10% goodwill gesture. What a joke.

Don't hold your breath?!?!? You wait ages then when you email you get a standard auto reply. I'm not the only one. Don't buy if you think you will bet the fast delivery. Won't use company again.

Mats don’t fit an no where near fitting. Provided photos on first message to them to show that they don’t fit. All you get then is they need more photos, you send what has been requested, they need reg (there system didn’t recognise our reg) so they can confirm that we ordered the correct mats for our car (proof provided we did order the correct ones), oh now they need more photos so they can be sent off to see what the problem is (that’s simple they no way near fit). Apparently as it customised they don’t refund - all we did was select the colour black an black trim at no point did we give measurements so the issue with not fitting is there issue and not down to us. Avoid as if you have a problem you will have to get a refund from credit card company (I don’t want a replacement)and waste a stupid amount of time providing all the pictures they want.

Awful, firstly I had to remove the round clips and put the ones from my old mats because they didn't fit, secondly the heel pad is totally in the wrong place and I keep catching my heel on it as I release the clutch, pedal, I've contacted then several times and they say there's nothing wrong and sent me a refund of 10%, the mat is now starting to fray where I keep catching it with my clutch heel, so complete rubbish mats and even poorer customer service, give this company a wide berth

Given right mats but wrong edges, l would never ever have chosen that edge, still you learn from these companies, waited nearly two weeks to arrive also,
