If I could give a zero or a negative I would, I would not recommend this company, ever. I have three mats that fit and one that I may aswell put in the bin. After much back and forth, photos, measurements etc, I am wrong and the factory is right. My stock standard vehicle with its securing points are the problem, as per this factory. Even in comparison to the original manufacturer mat, I was told it is universal and not a genuine product. Wow, what an absolute disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, their factory is right and will offer you a 10% goodwill gesture. What a joke.

Don't hold your breath?!?!? You wait ages then when you email you get a standard auto reply. I'm not the only one. Don't buy if you think you will bet the fast delivery. Won't use company again.

Not good at all I phone up to say they don't fit director said he would get back to me he didn't so I e mail again to get the same person saying he would get back I'm still waiting

Mats don’t fit an no where near fitting. Provided photos on first message to them to show that they don’t fit. All you get then is they need more photos, you send what has been requested, they need reg (there system didn’t recognise our reg) so they can confirm that we ordered the correct mats for our car (proof provided we did order the correct ones), oh now they need more photos so they can be sent off to see what the problem is (that’s simple they no way near fit). Apparently as it customised they don’t refund - all we did was select the colour black an black trim at no point did we give measurements so the issue with not fitting is there issue and not down to us. Avoid as if you have a problem you will have to get a refund from credit card company (I don’t want a replacement)and waste a stupid amount of time providing all the pictures they want.

Awful, firstly I had to remove the round clips and put the ones from my old mats because they didn't fit, secondly the heel pad is totally in the wrong place and I keep catching my heel on it as I release the clutch, pedal, I've contacted then several times and they say there's nothing wrong and sent me a refund of 10%, the mat is now starting to fray where I keep catching it with my clutch heel, so complete rubbish mats and even poorer customer service, give this company a wide berth

Given right mats but wrong edges, l would never ever have chosen that edge, still you learn from these companies, waited nearly two weeks to arrive also,

Had an issue with the delivery company and eventually Finest Car Mats remedied the issue, but their communication was never great and they didn't seem to understand the issue. Once a replacement set of mats reached me I found that they are not great quality at all. Yes, they fit my car very well but the materials used are cheap, just the same as any £10 generic mats you would buy in a hurry. Very disappointed.

Order no #FCM1996012 Mats for Kia creed SH18KEU. Very disappointed with 1/ Quality. Poor is understating considering cost of nearly 37 pounds. 2/ The fit is abysmal. Lug holes far too wide and too small on the driver side to cover the floor. To return would be too high in cost to chance unsuitable outcome.

Really disappointed ☹️ very thin mats, quality is very low. Paid a fair price but could of got a lot cheaper on eBay and probably had better. Would not recommend

Mats sent where for wrong model of car and told I couldn't return them as they were customized. Terrible attitude to have since every part of the process is customized.

Nothing like the picture on the website poor quality not worth the money, I have not used them just left in the garage utter rubbish.

Hi John, You've ordered our basic mats for £17.99, if you require higher quality - we have a wide range of carpet selection available and the thickness to match it. Did you have a look at those when ordering?

Family business that do not know how to communicate, no phone number so you struggle to get an answer, and when You eventually do it tends to Be a far fetched story. Maybe its true but is so contact the customer rather than send what seems an automated response. It says shipped bext day, dont believe it, tracking didnt work. I could go on as it tooks weeks to get items. Mats were good but probably not worth the hassle. Company needs to fix the appauling communication. This form says phone???? There is t a number, even review form poor

Hi Antonio, We don't deliver the next day, we clearly outline and state that these mats are made to order. We require atleast 3-8 working days and up to 9 during busy periods such as bank holidays so delays can occur. Everything we do is custom made, everything is made once an order is placed. I wish we could speed the process but due to the amount of orders we recieve there's no chance we can have these out the door by next day. We process a tracking code once a orders generated, that does not mean the orders made or left our building - it updates on a orders been sent to our courier ofcourse.

Very very poor customer support kept fobbing me off saying they were on the way very disappointed 3 weeks to get my order not good enough never buy anything from you again

Ordered a set and the driver side mat doesn’t fit in the lugs properly keeps coming off and could do with being a bit longer, have contacted them and got sent more clips but they are the same ones, very disappointed

Delivery of item had taken far too long and I had to reach out to customer service’s (through website chat and emails) multiple times to which they would not respond to. It was only after constant emails I got a respond back.

Shocking customer service and delivery. In fact there is no customer service, no phone number to call and the email must be a bot as never answers a question. Stay clear, ordered last week and tracking still saying not received by Evri, clearly not sent and unable to get any help as its a bot. If you have any sense you will not place an order with this company. Asked for refund and ignored, looks like I will have to make a claim on credit card.
