sold us junk ripped us off utter joke and then ignore STAY AWAY AS NOTHING BUT CONMEN

Don't normally like doing reviews, but have made an exception for this , where to start everything seemed really good at first , great prices , and different quality of mats offered and easy to follows website and add ons etc. Made my order and got a few emails at the start and all seemed very good. But then the problems started , item was still showing waiting to be collected after original emails stated courier ready for collection and tracker number given and no movement at all, contacting customer services or the office about any queries ( no phone number to call) is not straight forward you have to either go via the online chat which you guy minimal info and get told to wait while they work on it etc or raise a email about your order and wait days for a response and even then its not giving any information about my order. It seemed like I was having to chase everyday regarding order and seems like it's down to the courier company and not there problem or to give more time ( which already was way passed the estimated time frame ). Also was told to then email again (which I have already done and ticket number issued ) is a joke , the online chat couldn't issue refund and had to literally keep emailing asking for my money back and just given excuses on where the fault lies etc. Waited nearly 3 weeks to resolve and eventually money back ( but maybe because I had to chase them all the time) I know its a small business etc but they really need to work on all aspects of a business to make it. I was totally disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. So don't waste your time or money unless they improve big time. If I could I wouldn't when give 1 star at all. I hope the business learns from issues and does make it but cant see it. They also need to not use EVRI !!!!

I ordered replacement mats for my car with correct make, model and year, however the mats arrived with incorrect fixings. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company. They do not have a phone contact and do not reply to emails or live chat! Although I am pleased with the quality it is very frustrating not to be able to fix them in my car. Very disappointed in their service.

The mats took an age to arrive and now they have, the drivers side mat is too small and the holes do not align with the studs. There are no studs on the passenger side, yet the mat for that side also has holes pre drilled which are unnecessary. My Astra is brand new and the latest model registered in December 2022. The nats supplied must be for an earlier model.

Worst company I have ever dealt with - they even ignore the Consumer Rights Act! The grey mats I ordered turned up black, they could not even be classed as dark grey. Despite being told they would come with specific fittings/clips for my vehicle, instead I received cheap hook and loop sticky pads. After 2 weeks of complaining they agree to send me clips to fit my car - completely ignoring the fact the mats I received were the wrong colour. The clips arrived but in order to use them, I’d have to drill holes in the mats! Another week or so passes by and they agree to refund me but now I must pay the return shipment cost. Apparently, I am expected to be out of pocket for their error.

Got mats for a MK6 transit motorhome. Unfortunately, the mats were a poor fit. I assumed I was getting x2 mats but what I got was one large mat that covered the driver and passenger side. This wasn't specified on the order. Unfortunately, the mat that came didn't even have a cut-out for the handbrake so had to take a Stanley knife to it to make it fit around that. Mat still doesn't fit properly. There are lumps and bumps in the centerpiece and the mat really doesn't fit at all on the passenger side. I don't know what template the company is using for a MK6 transit motorhome but It's not the same as mine.

It is with great disappointment that I received a standard £17.99 car mat, instead of the £39.99 prestige car mat I ordered.

Product seems ok but customer service is really poor. Had ordered these mats for my elderly/disabled mother to go in her new car. She doesn’t live near to me and I don’t see her too often so ordered (12 days in advance) to coincide with a visit over half term . I bought based on the 3-7 day delivery window. After 10 days I e mailed to query a delivery date and was told that it had left the depot so to track it on the app…….. not very helpful as I could do that myself??!! I replied asking for a confirmed delivery date and didn’t even get the courtesy of another response. The mats eventually turned up and were thrown over the side fence and left in the rain with no note put through the letterbox and also too late for me to give them to my mother during my visit. I could have ordered mats from Amazon and received in 2 days but decided to give a family firm some business - wish I’d not bothered. From point of order to delivery was 12 days with very poor communication in between which just isn’t good enough in todays market.

Item was left at door and bits missing out of it, due to bag being ripped. Still awaiting a reply as need this either refunded or reordered. Not very happy

Appalling customer service, automated IT systems prevent any contact with someone who can help. Had a delay with no update apart from a generic email saying to check the courier company who in turn said they were awaiting the product. Ultimately left for 12 days before it arrived, no response after requesting a refund before delivery was made. Think product is as advertised and was reasonable in price but overall really not worth the hassle. Can’t recommend and would never use again.

Website says Made in the UK, Next Day Despatch - mine took over 2 weeks to arrive. They were supposed to be supplied with floor fixings similar to OEM versions but arrived with no fixings whatsoever. Carpet quality also appeared to be less than what was ordered.
