“I place the order on August 25th it is now September 28th and I have still not received them”

Hi Barbara, Looks like the initial order was 100% sent out while I am looking at it, not sure why the couriers returned it back after holding it for a while. We've already despatched a new set of mats for you and they are currently at the depot while checking the tracking code for you. Sorry and this is pretty unusual.

“Its been a uncomfortable journey from the word go. EVRI apparently delivered it. No one can find it. The dealing with customer service, which was terrible. Just like the other review said. Then i get told that a i am getting a replacement set. And every time i emailed when, or whats the tracking number, i get ignored and no one bothers to reply. So previous reviews from other customers were NOT lies no matter what unprofessional guy replies to their complaints/reviews. I one was Complaining, yes maybe a once off, but there are clearly more people complaining which indicated there a problem with this company. If you want not mat, and loads us lies, buy it. Rather go someone else. I am taking this further and wont back down.”

“Mats arrived not as described without holes which means they move about under your feet. When I complained that they were not as per the picture on website I was asked to pay return postage for their incorrect description. Very misleading website and poor customer service to rectify their mistake. Would not deal with this company again.”

“The quality of the mats is really good however the fit is pretty poor. The front ones are ok but the driver one is slightly out, the back ones are terrible and I’ve had to roll them up into the footwell. Not happy overall.”
