“Bad experience. I ordered a set of glasses from this store, but unfortunately, half of them arrived chipped. At first, they only offered a 30% refund, which I found quite strange. After some back-and-forth, they finally agreed to refund the full amount, but to this day, I still haven’t received any money back. Overall, terrible customer service and poor handling of fragile items. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here if you expect any support or accountability from the store.”

“Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Artek Daybed 710 – es ist nicht nur optisch ein Highlight, sondern auch äußerst bequem und hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Lieferung erfolgte überraschend schnell und das Daybed kam in einwandfreiem Zustand an. Ein echter Blickfang, der perfekt in mein Zuhause passt! Ein kleiner Abzug ist allerdings, dass bei einem so hochpreisigen Möbelstück wie diesem zusätzliche Lieferkosten anfallen. Man könnte erwarten, dass der Versand bei dieser Preisklasse bereits inkludiert ist, was das Gesamtpaket noch attraktiver machen würde. Insgesamt aber ein tolles Produkt, das ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann!”
