Just one suggestion, it would be great if you include the description of your products where it was MADE? I purchased products assuming it was made in Scandinavia but it turned out that it was made in CHINA and outside Scandinavia. It would be very helpful and reduce time inquiring. Chatbot inquiries is a waste of time as well.Human interaction still works for me the best.”

Bad enough to send out a faulty item (where is the quality control?) but then more than a week to reply to a query? Plus I receive an email newsletter every single day which is ridiculously excessive. Absolute rubbish, I would not shop here again.”
