Hi Lindsay! Thank you for your feedback! We mention on the product card that the voltage is 220–240 V and the plug is EU plug. Many US customers have had the lamps rewired to local voltages or they use converters/adapters with plugs. If there is both North American and EU version of the lamp, it is stated on the product card. You can make a return notification on our online store at ’My Account’ page.
