Hello, I'm so sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. I checked the tracking status and the parcel looks to be still on its way. Please note that it might take up to 14 business days for the tracking to be updated between Germany and the destination country; after this you can continue monitoring the tracking from the local post office's own tracking.

“I really enjoy my new Raawii Thing stool. Unfortunately, it was difficult to assamble it, as the wrapping paper was stuck between the upper parts. It wasn't possible to separate one from the other. So I had to cut it around the stool. Such a shame. But as I needed it as soon as possible, I didn't return it.”

“[ 日本から購入しました ] こちらのテーブルは日本の代理店でも販売しているのですが、在庫がなく取り寄せになるので7ヶ月掛かると言われ、探していたところFinnsh design shopさんのサイトでみつけました。お値段もちょうどセールでお安くなっていて、日本の購入価格の半分ぐらいで求める事ができました。送料が掛かるので、プラス4万ほど掛かりますが（購入時33,000円＋到着時8,500円),それでも日本で買った場合と比較するととてもお安くなりました。配送も年末年始が入っていましたが、約1ヶ月で手元に届きました。肝心の梱包も1番外側に段ボール、その中は木で周りを囲み、中にはしっかりとした緩衝材が入り、完璧な梱包で綺麗な状態で受け取る事が出来ました。また、サイトが日本円表記にもできて、送料も目安も出ていたりして、安心して買い物が出来ました。北欧デザインの美しい商品のサイトで見ているのも楽しく、次は何を購入しようか考えています。この度はありがとうございました。”

“Die Designprodukte sind ausgesprochen gut gestylt. Beim Wasserkocher wäre mir manchmal ein größerer Wasserbehälter nützlich. Bei der Filterkanne hoffe ich, dass das Glas lange hält. Für den Kauf war für mich war das schöne Design ausschlaggebend!”
