“Shopping easy and efficient. Inadequate information from DHL. Last information given was package was in Germany and suddenly received An Post information it was arriving the next day . Issue with An post delivery with failed delivery . Eventually we collected from the depot .”

“the woman I spoke to on the telephone was extremely polite and helpful. But I do have a comment on the DHL delivery service in Berlin, Germany: I seem to have forgotten the street number on my order,so the item was returned to you. It would have been nice if someone at Finnish Design had noticed the missing street number, or if someone at DHL in Berlin had contacted you so you could contact me, rather than sending the item back. I will certainly be ordering from you in the future. Many thanks”

“Good range of interesting designer objects. However, I was not impressed that having bought an item that was over $800 AUD, I had to pay for shipping on top of this. Otherwise, the website is easy to navigate and use. I do wish there was a "View all" option for subcategories to optimise customer experience and reduce the number of clicks.”

“Customer support was epic. Really helpful and fast response in case of issues. High availability of items in stock is for sure a plus. One minus is really high transportation costs. I am aware weight of my purchase was high as well as destination is far away( Greece) but still costs are high.”

“Commande facile, prix bien positionné, large choix d'options pour la livraison. Disponibilité "en stock" confirmée par l'expédition immédiate. Bonne communication. Article reçu parfaitement conforme. L'emballage m'aurait semblé mériter un peu plus de précaution dans le positionnement du papier bulle dans le carton. L'apposition de la mention "Fragile", aussi, pour cette lampe en verre. Nous avions acheté la même auparavant sur un autre site: plutôt mieux emballée, elle était pourtant arrivée cassée. Celle-ci est arrivée intacte mais un peu plus de prudence n'aurait pas nui, je pense. Ce commentaire sur l'emballage se veut purement constructif et ne retire rien à ma satisfaction pour cet achat. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander à nouveau sur Finnish Design Shop à l'avenir.”
