This means that the customer is responsible to pay their local taxes and possible customs duties when importing. We're unfortunately unable to say how much these fees are as we don't collect them.
All orders are shipped from Finland. Each product’s country of origin is indicated in the documents (non-EU orders only).

Is your email ending with: .de?
For some reason this issue applies to emails ending with .de , the emails won't get through at a first try. We have investigated this and seems like this is on the email provider's end. For some reason that specific email provider does not get emails like this through. So it is reccommended to use different email than one with ending .de, when shopping with us, if possible.
