“The fast despatch was appreciated, however you were let down by DHL. The packages spent several days travelling between Finland/germany/belgium/uk/germany/uk/germany/iceland. Ultimately the delivery was not made to my house (which I paid for) but to a ‘drop-off’ box in Reykjavík. The product itself is stylish and was accurately described but there is some lack of flexibility with its positioning on the back of the tv. For example, to fit it as described would mean that the internet input socket would be covered by the stand horizontal member and would then apply pressure to the electronic board inside the tv. So we have had to install the rack in a slightly asymmetrical orientation. I can send some images if you wish.”

“The salesperson Meagan in the king street toronto showroom has been awesome to deal with. She helped us every step of the way arranging timely deliveries and troubleshooting if any was necessary. I will always ask for Meagan when I arrive there to shop. The delivery service either by FedEx or direct is also excellent.”
