“Ich bin sehr unzufrieden, da das bestellte Produkt defekt ist und ich seit über 10 Tagen auf die Zusendung eines return labels warte. Ich habe bereits 2x mit dem costumer service telefoniert und 3x e-mail-Kontakt gehabt, dennoch ist mir kein return label zugegangen. Das finde ich sehr unerfreulich. Ich bitte umgehend um Zusendung des return labels.”
