“The Product Quality is very high I sampled comparative products and four dealers within the UK - Their prices are ranging from GBP100 to GBP200. Your prices are very competitive for the same high quality The time taken from order to despatch is immediate You have a good competence combination of good product quality and a cstomer responsive sales staff and unbeatable price for the product”

“my purchase from this company was outstanding it was first class the watch itself it brilliant light on the wrist never loses time brilliantly looking you would never think you have it on ; before iv had battery watches and before you know it the watch as stop battery warn out run out now with this one I never need to worry its that good iv bought 2 of them different types both are as good as each other and at these prices you cant go wrong would I recommend (YES DEFFINENT) good value across the board the best brilliant time keeper not a worry/complaint thank you to all involved with my product its good thank you ...”

“The customer service was absolutely WONDERFUL. I couldn't have asked for better. I saw the watch in Gibraltar for 199 Pounds. I then saw this website, and sent an offer of 100 USD, they responded the same day giving a justifiable reason of being unable to offer me that price, but they did offer a lower price then what was offered on their website. I then waited to buy the watch, and when I was ready to, the code that lowered the price was expired. I sent another email and within a few hours I received another code to bring me back down to that price. I then received a confirmation email and then the next morning an email stating the completed shipment... By night time that day, I received my watch here in California in a small package with my watch nicely inside. Very good, responsive, and fast customer service. The only thing I have to complain about is that when I received my watch, there are already scratches on the bottom and two small indents. Perhaps I did not read enough and I am buying some kind of used watch, but I was definitely expecting a brand new watch with no marks or signs of distress.”

“ORDERED EARLY ON DAY ONE - DELIVERED EARLY ON DAY TWO. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RADIO CONTROLLED WATCH (CASIO WAVESEPTER WV-200U) BUT FOUND INSTRUCTIONS CONFUSING. HAVE OWNED A TIMEX FOR TEN YEARS AND FOUND A LACK OF CHEAPER MODELS TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN MY FAVOURITE EXPIRED.”
