“What a fantastic experience! It's never easy to spend a lot of money on a luxury item like a watch and it can be hard to justify. However, I decided to push the boat out and treat myself. After a great deal of research, I decided to plump for a Citizen WR200 radio controlled model. A watch has two main functions. It has to tell the time, but also make the wearer feel special. This model succeeds on both counts. It is unerringly accurate, and looks superb. I must also mention First Class Watches. What a brilliant company to deal with. I was allowed to negotiate a special price, and at all times I was treated with the utmost efficiency and politeness. I was made to feel like a special customer, and kept informed at all times. Delivery time was exceptional. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the professional way in which I was treated. If ever I need to purchase another watch, I know exactly who will have my custom.”

“I wanted a watch that was stylish, looked good and had all of the functionality that I was looking for. As my luck would have it, the only one that fit all of my criteria was a European model Casio ( I live in the US). I searched online for the best price (First Class Watches was more than $50 USD lower than anyone else) and then started checking reviews. First Class Watches had very good reviews. I was still skeptical (who really knows who is writing the reviews and feedback online?) so I called Casio to make sure they were a legitimate dealer. After getting confirmation that First Class Watches was legitimate, I ordered the watch. I live in North Carolina and ordered the watch about 10AM on a Monday or Tuesday (I don't remember) and had the watch the next day!! I was completely amazed! I order items from North Carolina online and don't get them the next day. WOW! I didn't pay much for shipping - not enough to overnight the watch. The watch is very nice and I am happy with the purchase.”

“Excellent service, goods arrived to Australia within 5 days. As a note many overseas addresses utilise a PO Box and do not have a postal service - First calss Watches will have to adjust their service to supply to these potential customers.”
