“Overall good service minor criticsm would be inter face slightly confusing when navigating back to main page after selecting/ messaging tutors and observed a lot reminder emails in a very short space of time little bit annoying.”

“I found the site easy to use until I wanted to make contact with the tutor. It could be a bit clearer from the beginning that if you want to proceed you need to pay money up front. Otherwise so far it has been a rewarding experience and we are looking forward to our next session.”

“Didn’t realise you are charged an admin fee . Missed that bit . Think it’s too expensive . You are bombarded with lots of messages very quickly once you show an interest in the tutors .”

“Recommend FirstTutors but be are that there is no certainty that your selected tutor will fulfill their side of the agreement. Very wisely FirstTutors do not get involved in your arrangements.”
