“Easy to use web site and to select an appropriate tutor, from their detailed profiles. Only problem was with the payment system SagePay, which when I used it, it was down and no other means of making a payment was readily available.”

“Clear and user friendly website. Easy to navigate the website and the tutors are qualified and checked through. Not so clear about the procedure or payment for firsttutors to release the details though, after you have agreed with a tutor. When the tutor doesn't reply to your request, it's not really clear for you too. The website just gave a deadline of several days for them to answer and for you to decide to wait or not. It would be helpful if they could stated that they would continuously remind the tutors to answer the request and explain to us what has happened during the process instead of just let you hanging, not knowing what you should do. Fortunately, finally we have been able to find a very good tutor for our son through this website. Just improve the process please. Thank you.”
