“We found the whole experience of finding a tutor to booking lessons quite daunting to start until we came across this website. Everything went so smoothly and we found a lot of tutors who could offer what we were looking for. I highly recommend this site to any new musicians looking for a tutor.”

“I came across first tutors by searching for tutors in my area, there was a good selection of tutors to pick from and after reading their references I picked 1. I didn't realise you had to pay for the service of first tutors to get the tutors details so was a bit hesitant just in case it was a scam, but I paid my fee and then my tutors details came through and we arranged for her to come out! So don't doubt using first tutors because it's a safer way.”

“I found your site purely by accident. My Wife had failed two assessments at Preston college and I needed a tutor for her and I looked up on a general enquiry Mths tutors . I then went to work finding one. After E-mailing a few of them off the general description you gave we picked the nearest tutor to our Home town and a Tutor that was willing to travel to us as neither of us Drive and Diane was disabled. Not only did we get the right person to teach her fully professional and with a personality that matched both pupil and Tutor but both were willing to 1 teach and the other to learn.”

“I have found 3 tutors through First Tutors, all of whom are very good. My main suggestion would be a bit more quality control as there are lots of inexperienced tutors on the site and they should all have easily accessible references from people who think they would be good tutors or who can support that they are good tutors”
