“From the first time I contacted FVL on 12th April, and spoke to Colin Ronald - my account manager, to the time the vehicle was delivered some 6 weeks later (24th May), I found the whole process ‘Absolutely FAULTLESS’. It’s my first time leasing a vehicle, and Colin, guided me through the whole process in a professional manner, with minimal fuss. He helped and advised me on some key points of my selected vehicle, and always went above and beyond his call of duty. He sourced the stock levels daily for my preferred 2 colour choices of the chosen vehicle, and, even offered a third colour choice for an immediate delivery, to which I declined. However, Colin, out of the blue - contacted me a few days later, and had sourced the vehicle in my preferred colour choice. The documents were emailed to me, and were returned to FVL by the recommended Registered Post - simples. I took delivery of the vehicle on Thursday 24th May, and I’m very pleased with it and the whole process provided by Colin and the staff at FVL. It’s maybe a first for me, but it certainly won't be a last. Thanks to everyone at FVL, and I’m extremely grateful for your help, advice and understanding on our first private lease. Aimee”

“This was my first time having a personal lease and Fraser Morrison dealt with me. He was professional and not pushy at all and he listened to my needs and was able to provide the vehicle at a very competitive price. The customer service has been excellent and this is the reason I chose FVL and will definitely deal with them again and would recommend to anyone.”

“This was our first ever private lease, and we was completely naïve in this area of business to say the least. However we was fortunate enough to deal with Michelle Hills, Michelle is a true, transparent, friendly, professional who patiently guided us throughout the whole process. We hasten to add that Michelle did this with honest transparency with a no pressure approach, giving us the confidence to use FVL as our lease company of choice. From start to finish Michelle has been an informative friendly rock, nothing was too much trouble as Michelle even delivered after care service which was above and beyond her call of duty. Thank you Michelle for making the process an anxiety free enjoyable process, we will certainly be using FVL again in the future thanks to Michelle, Warmest Wishes Lee and Theresa (Mum) :-)”

“Excellent prompt and personalised service. Great value compared to other offers out there and from first phone call to a brand new car being on my drive was less than 14 days. Highly recommended and in particular I was delighted with the professionalism and willingness to help shown by Kiera K who handled all aspects my case. I will certainly be recommending them to y friends and colleagues.”
