Shocking customer service, rubbish actual maintenance. Complaints unresolved and ignoring SAR requests. Extortionate rates and ever increasing.

I'm truly disappointed and I'm looking for an answer as all operators cannot help. On the 1st of October 2022, I have accidently transferred £1500 the firsport account. Firstport looks after a development that I have a property. I have requested the money back, it apparently the money never reached, despite the confirmation of my bank statement and my bank confirming also. I'm out of the country for work, thjs money is affecting my family financially, as my wife is in the UK with a two babies. I need someone, director, to please return the money.

Poor expensive management lacking knowledge and experience. Just look at their website,who wants or is willing to work for this sinking company. Their only thought is to look after themselves. There have been problems with this company (Formally First Port) for years and the rot is still in the barrel but believe me they know how to extract money from residents.

This is the worst management company I've ever known I have been in my property for 9 months and I am still waiting for the certificate of security certification so that I can sell the property that has to be registered in my name and to get that registered in my name I have to have a certificate of registration I have emailed them I have phoned them my solicitor has sent all of the forms necessary with the monies and still waiting for it if you try to phone the Luton office you get forwarded to South Africa a call centre and they cannot send emails and they can't make calls it's a joke they need reporting all for awful company

First port put us on a payment plan for the extra work that was required on our property, they then proceeded to issue legal charges to us when the amount owed was not paid in full, despite an existing arrangement. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company.

QUESTION ON FIRSTPORT MANAGEMENT FEES. It would appear if you forward or deliver a letter or and the follow it up with an email to the CEO of FirstPort regarding ‘ FINANCE ‘ and ask for the TRUTH, the WHOLE TRUTH and NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH you do not get a reply. The only way to get correspondence from Firstport is to delay the payment of their EXTORTIONATE MANAGEMENT FEES by a number of days and you will find that you will make contact.Is that correct FirstPort? YES OR NO.That says something about how FirstPort now works from the TOP downwards.

FirstPort fails to deliver in their responsibility in how to manage the estate we live in... I really don't know where our money goes!! I believe every family pays a different amounts even in the same building. How is this fair? We can't see any work done and we face issues every day: Our buildings are only hoovered twice a month, they exclude walls and windows. Ever since living here the walls have never been painted or cleaned and are full of marks/ scratches and dirt. The light sensors are faulty for weeks now. They don't pick up on neighbours bad practice- some neighbours leave their items on the stair way of the apartments (which is a fire hazard and a communal area that should be respected). There is litter around the estate that gets ignores and left, the grass around the estates is all dry due to not being maintained. Not to mentioned the wood work on the apartments (as part of the architecture) and where the bins are stored is all dried out and looks awful. I hope this can be viewed by the company and do something about it. It's been far too long and this is a pure disrespect to all families in the estate that pay crazy amounts every month for nothing to be done.

A proper FRAUD company The worst company ever! A proper FRAUD company. The building is going to ruin. The lift is not maintained at all. The security gate has not been working for a year now. The emergency corridor lights are not working. All issues have been reported many times by residents. The cleaning service changed from once a week to every two weeks (the same price). One thing we always get on time is our bills... In 10 years, the monthly fee has gone up by 300% and will continue to rise. Topics could include Building not painted ever Building badly maintained Bricks not replaced Security gates not repaired Security doors not repaired Lifelines not working for weeks Rust on car parks Lack of general day-to-day maintenance Road unfurnished Parking issues not addressed Nothing gets done until it has broken or damaged beyond repair Electrics in Core 8-9 are in dire need of attention and potential fire hazard. Leaks not addressed Cost cutting which is to reduce the already pathetic levels of service we are billed for In 10 years the monthly fee has gone up by 300% and will continue to rise. Due to years of bad experiences with Firstport (also known previously as Peverel/OM property management) I would be unlikely to ever purchase a property 'managed' by them. There have been constant issues with lack of maintenance - repairs, cleaning, gardening etc. - and the various name changes by this company have not resulted in an improvement of management skills. Firstport are unable to be reactive or timely to issues brought to their attention, and when they do react any works carried out are more likely to be sub-standard, overpriced or both. Avoid!!!

I'm a potential buyer in West Drayton, but given all the negative reviews I believe I will never find out if the building has an EWS1 certificate :( will need to find something else

Shocking service my daughter is still waiting for you to pull your fingers out and close the deal on their sale it has taken 5 months my daughter is pregnant and needs to get into their new home and attend appointments but cannot has she leaves in another city if they loose this house and if anything happens to my grandchild I will bring the wrath of God down on you

Cannot get my insurance pack details from firstport. They have said they do not provide insurance for my property but yet in the break down of my costs it clearly states what insurance I pay. They are holding up my house sale and it's getting to the point where the sale of my house is going to collapse because of firstport and not acting professionally.

Appalling customer service (from the seller of a freehold house point of view). The only thing that arrived in a timely fashion was the Sellers Pack (which you are charged handsomely for). All other requests for information, status updates etc either ignored or 'escalated'. I think Firstports definition of escalated must be 'no need to respond'. Finally completed on my house sale in January 22 after 8 months of hassle, told Firstport - who then requested the name of buyers, solicitors name etc 6 weeks later (I supplied the details immediately, unlike Firstports responses at any stage), but no further response from Firstport (so add discourteous to the list of issues). A month or so later I received an email inviting me to meet with the Estate Manager - I pointed out that I was no longer a client of Firstport and to stop contacting me. Waiting to see if I get a bill for the next 6 month period sent to me... Avoid having to anything to do with Firstport.

Shocking lack of service. No one responds, answers the phone and the website is not working with respect to payments. Am also waitying for the management pack in respct of a sale. They charge so much and deliver so little.

Ridiculously inefficient. I would never recommend them . Property management an utter disgrace . Awaiting the pack for nearly a month with inability to locate the payment inspite of providing a receipt.
