Other high street retails have free deliver charge if u go over certain amount....wit flannels we have to pay for deliver charge and return charge...plus I’m still waiting for my confirmation on returns items.customer service is very poor specially the opening hours,

Don’t often buy from yourselves as most other company’s don’t charge for delivery but you do... even over big orders

shoes were really nice although the box they came in was damaged and ripped with sellotape holding it together, shocking for a pair of shoes that cost over £600

Waiting too long for dispatching after placing the order (2 days!). User unfriendly website - difficult to contact directly with customer service (many options need to be chosen where finally you don’t get the answer and finally need to send the message). Tracking parcel unavailable though account. Advantage: Nice original packaging.

It’s ridiculous, that every delivery option you have pay for and pay for your own returns. Even collect in store, ridiculous!

I had to pay £6.99 for delivery which to be honest I don’t mind. But to have to pay another £8 to return the item. Is unacceptable.

Good service. However I never received an email confirming I had purchased the item. I only received a confirmation of receipt of the order and wasn’t until I emailed flannels to ask what was happening I was told my parcel was out for delivery

Great and easy to buy from but I'd recommend they use someone other than DPD to deliver. Some of my stuff got stolen and it's been a nightmare trying to get it sorted :(

Paid extra for next day delivery for 2 items. Only one was delivered the next day. 4 days later was told my second item was now out of stock. I contacted Flannels to request the delivery fee to be refunded but did not receive a reply. Neither was item in the usual Flannels black zip bag.

Very good products when you buy shirts, trousers etc, but when you buy belts and calvin klein and hugo boss underwear, don't buy them of sports direct and send them, if i wanted those products i would have bought them from sports direct directly!!!

Great delivery, only issue sent something back registered post you recieved it thursday 4th july its tuesday and i have still not had any notifications to say you have recieved item and are in the process of changing this for larger size , slow comms, or non existent so far , apart from that every yjing seems fine so far 🤞🤞

Happy with my item but not happy about the poor packaging and the filthy bag my item came in. For the money I have spent on this item I think the packaging was extremely poor and to be thick with dust was disgusting and the plastic inside packaging to be ripped was poor.

The previous delivery was fine and fast, however when a belt came in an empty box, the customer service was absolutely disgraceful, the attitude of your female staff member was certainly to be desired. After 3 weeks I got the belt after your internal investigation was carried out.

I was surprised that the shoes ordered in the sale were damaged on receipt and despite asking for next day delivery they were late. It was a blessing I had to purchase the shoes in store which I did on the Tuesday night in The Metro Center at full price! I sent the shoes back Royal Mail Special delivery on the Wednesday and I am still waiting for a confirmation email. I know that the parcel was received on the Thursday. I will not be using the online service again, if items are not checked before going out.

My order came quick and communication from you was good until I have had to send in back and ask for the same item in a different size. As of yet I don’t know if you have received it or when I will get the new item.
