Good availability in all sizes in the sale. Communication could be better (e.g. no phone number).

I found it hard getting help find my item In your store. Also items online are really hard to find in my local shop.

Expensive postage most other site free with minimum spend. Also have to pay to send back! Store won’t take returns! Won’t shop here again

Clothes are fantastic! Being charged for items to go to the store I don’t like 🙁. Glad Hull has a Flannels 👍🤪

Everything good except that the £6 for delivery is way to much in today’s climate, especially when other firms are delivering for free. I nearly didn’t purchase the goods based on the delivery charge. I will in future also take into account the delivery charge before deciding whether to buy or not

Good online shop but postage very expensive for how it’s delivered, not boxed or gift wrapped just in a plastic bag! and then the same price again to send a return. I did click & collect but all services charged.

The stone island jacket that i purchased was covered in marks all over the jacket, had to spend a lot of time cleaning these marks off, not something you expect when you spend that amount on a item of clothing.

Everything spot on from ordering to delivery. The service I received upon collection not so, the assistant did not interact in anyway I do not recall her even looking at me, perhaps I had not spent enough money?

I have ordered a few items but I was disappointed with my last order. I ordered a extra large polo shirt. When it came it had an extra large tag on a large shirt so I had to return it paying £3 for return postage through no fault of mine. Correct labelling should be a minimum standard for expensive items. And if items are returned because of mislabelling or sending the wrong size I think customers ought to get a postage refund or gift voucher for the inconvenience.... Geoff Tomkins

Shipping was way too expensive and still very slow. Otherwise the price was competitive and the items were packaged nicely.

I received my very expensive Gucci belt but was very disappointed as it didn’t even come in a box ! I paid £245 for a belt that was wrapped in some kind of plastic which isn’t how I expected to receive it This is an 18th birthday present for my grandson and had expected to find it suitably presented Not the case

I’m still waiting for my delivery to the store only to be emailed 2 days ago to be told one of the items was out of stock despite receiving and email to say they’ve been dispatched! I emailed to cancel the whole order but have heard nothing.

I placed an order of almost $1400. I’ve only received one item thus far. I’m just a little anxious because I can find no shipping statuses for my other items.
