I was pleased to receive item quickly but I am disgusted to be charged £6.99 delivery on an item of such a high cost. I would definitely expect free postage.

Very happy with purchase and goods etc but disappointed with delivery - informed of delivery date etc but told twice that delivery was delayed. Fortunately came in time for giving as gift. Despite this I would use Flannels again.

Great online purchase journey, love the item. But it's a bit naughty to charge £6.99 to collect from your store. You shouldn't be charging customers to collect their purchases from store. Getting a buyer to the 'physical' store is a benefit in itself as I may have bought more, please consider removing this charge.

Good item but delivery is rubbish. Paid for home delivery only to then receive an email to collect from local shop. Have emailed to ask for explanation but as of yet no one has bothered to reply

Paying for the brand name . Material of sweater was thin And poor value for money. Delivery charge expensive Not even next day delivery.

Clothes are good but the returns policy could be better. Should get a prepaid return sticker for sending item back after ordering more than one size

Good shopping experience and easy to use website. Delivery and return charges put me off more regular purchasing; forces me to the shops if I want something as it is less costly to travel...not really a first class digital experience

Ordering process was easy enough but couldn’t figure out how to use discount code & had to wait for email from customer services and also disappointed had to pay for delivery to store as others offer this free of charge

The item I received was very good but the delivery by DPD was a joke ,I arranged for it to be delivered to a local store and was told I could pick it up the next day , I received two email to tell me it was collected and will be ready for delivery after 12noon , I then had an email saying it wouldn't be delivered as there was a problem with D P D ,I then called them and was told it couldn't be delivered to the shop as there was a problem with there machine ,so I asked for it to be sent to my home address the girl dealing with it at dpd put me on hold while she checked and said yes it would be delivered to my home address on Friday but to call dpd on Thursday to make sure it was all sorted . This was on Wednesday .i then called dpd to be told your parcel is in the store and has been since Wednesday I asked the girl if this was a joke and relayed the story from when I called on Wednesday but no she told me to go to store and I could collect it ,do they know what they are doing ! This needs sorting .

I would certainly shop online more if it wasn’t for the ridiculous STORE DELIVERY CHARGE! Even Sports Direct don’t charge as much for store delivery and they are the lowest of the low.

The delivery time is unacceptable. There's no free delivery, the fee for the delivery to Finland is 10 euros which is an ok price if the delivery was a similar level as at other stores. But no... I ordered my things on the 3rd of March. It's the 12th now and my package is still not here. What do you do with the delivery fees? Clearly, you don't spend them on the delivery. Honestly, there are other shops with high street prices that offer far better delivery. It's outrageous.

I was pleased with most of the items I purchased, but disappointed that I had to pay £8.20 return postage for the items I didn’t want, especially when I’d already paid £7.99 delivery charges.

You would get at least a 4 however an item had to be sent back due the wrong size description on the website. That said a refund was received immediately.

I was happy with my product. However the bag containing my coat was open and I paid for next day delivery which did not happen. I have had no response to the emails I sent to the customer services regarding the delivery issues.

Postage costs are too high and if you want to return an item you have to pay for it yourself. If Yoox and thecorner.com can do free / prepaid returns I fail to see why you can’t. I didn’t return my item, in fact I’m wearing it today.
