When I’ve purchased my vivienne westwood red medium matilda bag it said the bag was £400 but reduced to £280 but when bag arrived the tag itself said £295. Although at end of day, I’ve paid £280 like agreed, I still think its wrong that flannels advertise a product on website with wrong price and giving customers a false indication they have found a bargain when in reality they haven’t.

The wrong item was dispatched , which I returned , I still haven’t had confirmation that you will send out what I ordered or give a refund - very very poor communication and service levels , would not recommend as no telephone number provided to speak with anyone . Maybe you’ll read this and help get it resolved so I get my sons gift in time for Xmas !

I ordered my sons top on the Friday night and it arrived on the Monday! I had updates everyday from flannels keeping me informed and then from dpd who delivered my parcel. Will definitely use flannels again great service

In store the customer service could of been better, I seemed to be an inconvience, I wanted a certain outfit and was told to late to order In store but to order online so I asked few questions about ordering online and I had no help there. On collection to store which was £6.99 delivery TO STORE! When I have already spent £240+, customer service on collection could of been a lot better, shame all together really. Items are great and packaging great, just staff need to cheer up a little and be helpful!

I paid for express delivery and still have not received my order been told hopefully thursday by DPD, two weeks is not express delivery and I emailed Flannels to explain this and have not had any reply from anyone in your company despite being told you reply in 72 hours!! will i even get my order for Christmas? its my sons christmas present and being in Cyprus now have no time to go elsewhere your delivery agent is very poor! when we order with other companies and have TNT or DHL delivery its 4 days!

the website easy to navigate order merchandise and my parcel was delivered in quick time however when you spend £180 on a sweatshirt you dont expect to pay over £5 in postage

Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again. Website states next day delivery but when it doesn’t arrive there is no accountability nor apology. Definitely would not recommend. Also the courier falsified the proof of delivery!

Very bad customer service,I had to return part of my order because the products were low quality,not even resembling the pictures and I’ve emailed then a few days ago and haven’t received an answer regarding refund.

Not great so far. The jeans I ordered were too big. I’ve sent them back and have heard nothing. So you have my money and I have no jeans

Very dissapointed in the packaging. For something that costs almost £53, I would have expected the belt to arrive in a box, not plastic bag.
