Very shocking to communicate to a brick wall at customer services eliena or something?waiting for nearly 3 weeks to get a decision on my up dated order

Poor communication throughout processing. Not told order was going to be split. It even tells you how to spot if orders split but it hadn’t even followed this. Delivery was £6.99 and took the longest time of their window . No return advice slip sent with second parcel which arrived more than three days after first. All communications had a poor attitude. Parcel to send returns back was £12!! Long return processing window. Please please do not order online, go to a store if you must use this shop!

Ordered some trainers off the website for a special occasion. Website said 3-5 working days trainers took 10 days to arrive. When i spoke to customer service about why my order was yet be processed after a week i was given no answers and fobbed off.

shoes were really nice although the box they came in was damaged and ripped with sellotape holding it together, shocking for a pair of shoes that cost over £600

I usually go to the physical store (which is fantastic) but the item I wanted ( a balenciaga denim jacket) wasn’t in stock, so I ordered online, I was expected the package to arrive the next Wednesday (I ordered on Friday) but it came next day, I chose standard delivery, I don’t know if this is a fluke but it’s very good, product was packaged nicely the colour was wrong but I ended up liking the blue denim look so I couldn’t be bothered changing/returning.

Waiting too long for dispatching after placing the order (2 days!). User unfriendly website - difficult to contact directly with customer service (many options need to be chosen where finally you don’t get the answer and finally need to send the message). Tracking parcel unavailable though account. Advantage: Nice original packaging.

Absolutely disgusted by your services, paid £10 for next day delivery and didn’t receive it until 4 days later! I’m a very active user on flannels but will make sure I can do my upmost too ensure me or my family do not use you again.

Had my eye on a pair of jimmy choos to buy my daughter for her wedding day shoes. These shoes were actually reduced in the jimmy choo sale but I couldn’t get the size, I emailed flannels and asked if they would be reduced, I received a reply from customer services to say they couldn’t help, I replied and asked who could help and to date have still not received a reply, each email also takes days to receive a peplum if you actually do get one. I went ahead an ordered the shoes at full price as I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get them ready for the wedding, I’m now waiting for a refund as the shoes didn’t fit, I called customer services today to see if the shoes have been received and was told they couldn’t help me. Your customer services team are unhelpful and actually rude. Thank you Deborah

No Free delivery is a little primitive, particularly when you consider the price of most of your items, even companies like Super Dry offer free delivery and return! Or the option to return in store, but you don't do that either. Then you use plastic manikins rather than models on some of your pictures which is very 1970's it is no wonder you return rate, is what it is! Try to improve your service if you have the nerve to send out a survey!

I received my item, which was not as I had expected, the fabric was different from the previous top I had purchased and this was not made clear in the description. I returned the item the same day, having to pay for the return myself. Flannels are unable to tell me if they have received my returned item after (according to my tracking information) 6 days. To be asked to wait 10 working days to have confirmation that a return has been received is far too long. This practice is also counterproductive as we are waiting on our refund before using these funds to make an alternate purchase.
