Unable to comment as I still haven't received my order. There has been a problem with the system and my request did not get to the driver. I rang the delivery service and they are trying to rectify the problem!!

Good products however delivery costs are expensive compared with other websites and don't offer free returns.

I did contact your ream and asked for my birthday discount email to be 're sent and did not get it after 3 emails really not happy as I have spent a lot of money with you this year and didn't think it was a lot to ask. I talked to Dean I would still like a reply.regards Arthur Hale 07753112241

Goods despatched and arrived quickly, though 2 shirts purchased, 1 came folded and sealed in packaging the 2nd shirt was just loose. Didn't expect that really from amount paid.

The items were of good quality and packaging excellent however the price increase within 3 days of my son ordering from the site was horrendous! Realised after we compared invoices for same items!

I find shopping on Flannel and cruise very frustrating . Most of the times you receive the items fast with DPd which is great but exspect like the last order the box broken so I can't gift it or in the past t-shirt dirty . Before they sent the shoes to you they just don't check inside careless . The other issue is if you return you have to pay for it , on my last order Flannels had a free return now they have removed it again .

I was disappointed with the customer service.. as I ordered the size I needed, as it stated true size! When I received my parcel they were massive... I was upset as they was a birthday present and had too be sent back... I had too pay for delivery then too be send back then too re-deliver new size!! When I complained they wasn't a bit helpful... as a frequent customer I thought they would have at least reimbursed me my delivery charges as its false description!!

I purchased the off-white shirt last week. However,the label showed that the size is medium. Actually,this clothes size is XL. Hence,I want to exchange the clothes. Unfortunately, you sent me the wrong size again!

Excellent price great jumper. Only down side is the price of delivery I know it can be done cheaper

Much better shopping online with Flannels compared to the Liverpool store. Easily the worst retail staff I have come across in any store. The online experience is good - quick service and quality products, the Flannels experience is just let down by the stupidest staff anywhere. Shame.........

Product amazing but as they are jimmy choos I don't think you can take the credit there. Communication from flannels and response awful, DPD great thankfully and cleared up errors when I eventually contacted them.

Instantly out of stock item when ordered. 4 emails to cancel rest of order no reply. Was told I would have a collect plus label to return when I eventually got through on phone. Wasn't in the parcel

I think it's a bit silly how you charge £5.99 for delivery and it's not even free delivery to send things back to you. I think that's a bit greedy

Received items very quick.. and packaged well. But left tags on one item. Called the Birmingham store they said that they don't have facility to remove tag so have to send it backing line.
