My jacket was faulty and I don't see why I have to pay 8.50 to return it , I should be refunded for that .

Got my orders fast but when we open it one of our sweat pant still have security tag on we have to take to the shop to remove it which is not convenient. Also sent one pair of shoes back via rotal mail 1st class recorded for exchange the size after two days of record showing been delivered still got no sign of e-mail confirm from Flannels. Still waiting for email to confirm my exchage and also have to find the time to go to Flennels shop that 1hr drive from home to remove the security tag!! After all my experience with Flannels quit disappointed. Saminee

Hi went to return an item in one of there shops, I found it very disappointing that I was unable to get a full refund in store, and also I was only able to exchange if the item was stocked in store, I find that this level of customer service is appalling from such a high end store which only deals in designer brands and to be spending money and then not being able to either return for a full refund and only being able to exchange if product is sold in store is absolutely appalling, this has really made me reconsider spending my money online flannels and in store. I must shop my designer brands at the brand store or another retailer. Quite disappointing really as I am a returning customer at flannels, one bad online experience and it's put me off from returning to the store.

Very easy to order, very fast delivery. Some goods arrived without packaging. Returns process is very difficult - using the method they detailed cost me £26.00.

Good products at good prices but having to pay for delivery on designer goods especially when paying over 50 pound is ridiculous most small shops offer free delivery after 50 pound spend and also the face that you can't return to store if you buy online is also ridiculous

I think if you're spending 400 GBP+ on an item, the fact that you have to pay shipping is ridiculous. That's poor customer experience and frankly, looks petty - especially if you're a repeat customer as I am. I also think that the consistent decline of my valid credit card, and then waiting a week after my order went through to find out my card was declined AGAIN - was even more ridiculous. Flannels really needs to up its customer experience if you want to compete with luxury sites like Netaporter who actually provide free shipping and instant responses to customers...disappointing.

Generally good service and items arrive well packaged and in reasonable time. However, a flat delivery fee of £5.99 and no free returns (sometimes get a paid for Collect Plus barcode but not always) means I onky use Flannels (or sister Sports Direct owned brands of Van Mildert and Cruise) if items are unavailable elsewhere. In adition, no loyalty scheme and non sale prices are often more expensive than others. MT

I love the store but not overly enthralled about customer services via online. I purchased a pair of shoes, cancelled them, received them on Monday, returned them on Tuesday only to recieve your order was cancelled on Thursday - I sent second response confirming I had returned shoes and asking for confirmation of whether shoes recieved by the address and when to expect my refund - 2 emails I have sent like this and no acknowledgement or response. I love the quality of clothing etc - however I am big on customer service and this Where the online service is failing.

One item arrived looking worn. The return system has changed and instead of the easy system of the past, where the returns label was included in the parcel, you now have to print a label and pay for the return. It's an onerous system that puts me off placing any future orders.

I've bought a kenzo denim dress, received it Tuesday 8th august, in the sale. In the meantime received an email about more reductions and said dress was reduced by another £52. I feel very angry about the situation. I have sent an email twice and received no replies as I would like to think you could reimburse the £52 as a good will gesture as I frequently shop between flannels and cruise.

great service all in all. Products were great quality. And delivery time was fast (although expensive in my opinion) unfortunately the products didn't fit and we had to return the items. £7 to send back the item recorded as this is what they stated we should do. Received an email 5 days ago to say they had received the order and money had been amended to account. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Still no refund and not got a clue how to contact them.. no email, no phone.. have to send a letter!? Who does this anymore
