Good service and inventory. I believe that flannels should adopt the free delivery service when spending a certain amount, It’s a little bit of a joke having to pay the extra £5/6 for delivery when spending £300+

Happy with item. However click and collect was awful. Service was really disappointing. Staff were talking whilst I was waiting at the till, and could see I was waiting at the till. My item came out in a tight packed postal bag, which is rediculous cosidering I payed £455 for it. Item was creased and wasn’t hung up. Lady who served me was not helpful in the slightest she did not ask me if I was happy with my item she simply put it in a carrier bag and sent me on my way. Awful service for the price I payed. Really disappointed as a regular customer of flannels.

Flannels is a great fashion company with quick dispatch. However the international logistics is not acceptable, very poor information about local transporter, no information about package delivered to a service point. Took time to track local service provider for delivery and the service point had been delivered to. Another note - the plastic bags are too fragile, bag was broken when I fetched the package.

I have been looking for a good quality down jacket for winters but couldn't find anything that was superior quality and reasonable price. Flannels never disappoint me and so It didn't take me long to find this hidden gem on sale on flannels. It was a Mackage down jacket which was reduced from £500 to £240 which was a bargain given the quality of Mackage. I am extremely happy with not only my actual purchase but also with the whole shopping experience at Flannels.

I paid £6.99 for delivery however the box my t shirt which I paid quite a lot of money came in came ripped and battered, and looked like it was already open! However, the bag provided was nicely presented and delivery was quick.

Purchasing is very easy but if you have any problems you cannot speak to anyone or return in store so it becomes very annoying and it has made me reluctant to buy from them.

Bit disappointed that DIESEL sweatshirt advertised as sweatshirt is in fact just a hooded t shirt! Surely it should be advertised as such?

My review is based on one purchase experience which was unexpected great for me. Quick delivery sooner than on time, real good quality of product, correct size, everything is authentic. I'm looking forward to buy more things here.

So, let me start by saying that I have used Flannels online store many times in the past and have spent a lot of money with them & until now I didn't have any problems. But the reason I've rated them very poor is because of my recent purchase ! My purchase was delivered on time and all was good until I discovered that a security tag had been left on the item. I called customer services to talk about my options & this is where things started to go very wrong in my opinion. I explained that I had just paid £1169.00 + £9.99 delivery charge and was unable to use the item, that I had bought to wear this coming weekend. I was then told that my options were (A) Return the item to them to have the security tag removed, which would have involved me posting the the £1169.00 item at my own risk ! When I enquired how long this process would take, the customer services rep didn't know how long & couldn't give me a timescale. I explained my concerns as to posting the item back to them and she came up with option (B) They could arrange a pick up from my house. I thought not great but at least it would be safe, so enquired a little further only to be told that she couldn't give me an exact time & I would have to be in all day, which would mean taking a day off work. I asked if they could bring a replacement item & do a switch at the door and was told no as there wasn't anymore in stock, but when I looked online after the call, there was still 3 in stock in the size I needed. Then came the jewel in the crown, option (C), where I was told to take the jacket to my nearest store & they could remove the tag for me ! Now bare in mind that the reason why I shopped online was so that I didn't have to go to a store. Still, I enquired as to where my nearest store was and asked if they could definitely remove the tag as not every store uses the same security tags ! I was told Lakeside & that they could definitely remove the tag & that if I took this option she would refund my £9.99 delivery charge ! I then explained that Lakeside would be about a 2 hour, 60 mile round trip, that would cost me £5.00 in toll charges & probably about £10.00 in fuel. Her reply .............. that's all I can offer. I asked if she understood that I would actually be out of pocket & inconvenienced, to which she replied ................ that's all I can offer. At this point I decided to tell her that I would be returning the item for a refund. After calming down & thought, that I would try option (C) as I did really like the item except for the customised security tag on the side. So, off I went to the store, only to be told that they don't use those security tags there & could't remove it for me. What I will say is that the staff in the Lakeside store were very nice and not at all rude like the customer services rep. As you can imagine I was extremely happy that I used flannels online service & would highly recommend that other people use it, if you like to spend your hard earned money, only to be treated extremely poorly when things go wrong due to no fault of your own. This whole experience will unfortunately stop me using flannels online service ever again & I am in the process of returning the item for a refund. Rant over !
