Pricing and shipping were ok,however one of the items was not as described and had minor scratches.I returned it by my own cost.Currently waiting fir the refund.

The quality of the bags was good but it was disappointing that you don't get the original dust bags with the product even though they have been provided with all other bags I've purchased from this designer

One pair of loafers were great .. the other .. was two different shoes .. spoke to a lad and we had a good conversation .. they could not sort the odd shoes and I got an email which seemed like it was Blaming Me for their unchecked goods .. very in happy with that .. the returns label was wrong as I found out after walking a mile to the drop shop .. the lady one the phone after was better .. but I'm still very disappointed not to be offered replacement loafers and not a sorry or a discount on your next purchase so please shop with us again ..

Overall I like Flannels, the only thing I would had appreciated more was better communication when pre-ordering items. I have bought or thought i had bought a Valentino bag which in the website it had stated the date due to arrive and in order to find the state of it I had to send them a message to only them find out that the estimated date had been extended and it will take 3 to 4 months for it to arrive.

Some nice clothes. But please why are the sizing all over the place depending on what brand. Isn't it about time that was sorted out? For instance... a 44 shoe isn't a size 9 1-2 Its a size 10. Puts me off ordering online

I wouldn't say I was made happy. The service was OK. I think it could be improved by either removing the delivery charge or at least being able to collect the package in-store.

Everything was fine with the flannels service up until I had a problem with a couple of items I ordered which was through no fault of my own but somehow flannels doesn't want to accept the his.stilk waiting to hear back about my last email up until now. Very disappointed as I have spent a lot of money with flannels recently

Flannels didn't make me happy. The purchased item is great, but I am very disappointed that Flannels didn't get me a 20% reduction although I bought my Canada Goose vest at the Cyber Weekend. When I wrote an email to them, they didn't even reply to it. Poor customer service!

Good service but I would change your delivery company as my parcel was left on the door step and if I was a dodgy so-and-so I could of said that I didn't receive it.
