Bought a Canada goose coat for £950 then was charged £7 delivery which I thought was awful when most places give free delivery when you spend that much

Order was dispatched but DPD failed to deliver it,they took it to the wrong house and said we were not in and then failed to deliver it the following day.l still haven’t got my parcel I’m expecting it tomorrow five days after it was supposed to be delivered.

Average experience one item sent back as dirty and creased, paying for postage is fine but not returns if item unsatisfactory dispatched

I have used flannels for sometime now with quick efficient service,however I am disappointed to learn that we can no longer drop off at a store to return goods and therefore have to pay to return.I think this will certainly be an issue for a lot of customers.

Easy to order and efficient delivery however the quality of suit when delivered wasn't great - it appeared like the suit was an ex display!

Was disappointed ordered two stone island jumpers in the morning then 6 hrs later told one item was out of stock then went back on your website only to find it again saying in stock and still to this day it is too.

Delivery is far too expensive and there’s no next day option lagging a long way behind your main competitors in that department. Customerservices is some of the worst Iv had to deal with too. Although saying all that I quite often pick up decent bargains in the sales so if you don’t mind waiting a couple of days for your order then you’ll be fine.

This is a hard one as my package arrived on time but the courier service put a different label on it with someone else's name. This caused a bit of a nightmare but the manager took over and helped out at pc world

I can only assume that the Flannels are ok, because all of the email sent to your customer came to me. I have send severe email explaining that this is my email address and NOT your customer's. We apparently have the same name. So, YET AGAIN, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER, SUE REGAN AND ASK HER FOR HER EMAIL. SUEREGAN@yahoo.com is ME AND I AM IN America...

I have bought several items online from Flannels and have always experienced an efficient service. However, this time round I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I’m not sure if this was because of the Christmas period but having placed my order which was acknowledged with all the usual caveats, it was not until several days later that I got a message to tell me one of the 2 items was out of stock. The remaining item was delivered again several days later. However, I was not given the option to cancel or a refund or part refund on postage which was now being paid for one item only. Not the end of the work but plenty of room for improvement.

Been shopping with flannels online for a few years and I have to say this year I’m very disappointed with the service as I was sent the an item that I did not purchase. My purchased item has not arrived as advertised on website
