Product was exactly as pictured, amazing quality. When collected in store staff were great. Only issue was when ordering online it did not give a specific date when to collect in store, that came a few days later on email which wasn’t ideal as I needed it for a present and wanted to make sure it would come in time- it did luckily!

Bad, service, I had been orderd a Kenzo Sweatshirt and it came very late, It should have been arrived the 1st of june but it came 5th of june, it was supposted to be a suprize for a friend but you guys ruined it. Thanks..

The communication is awful and had an item delivered late with no compensation and no apology never will I shop with them again

I chose the delivery to store option for my purchase of 2 T-shirts. However I received an email to advise that my order was ready for collection and I visited the store in Meadowhall Sheffield where I was told that unfortunately I was not able to collect my goods as only 1 of the T-shirts had arrived. So after around 20 minutes of discussion I left the store and was advised that you would be in contact again when the 2nd garment arrived. The garment then arrived several days later some 8 days after the original order and I was able to collect my goods. I paid £6.99 for the option of in store collection and feel that I did not receive value for money as I had to make 2 special journeys to collect the goods at my own expense and time. I fully expect you to refund the £6.99. On a positive note the sales assistant who serve me through the issue was very attentive, understanding and professional and I know she did all in her power to sort out the issue. (Calling head office and myself with updates)

sent wrong size jacket to what I ordered via post and when tried to return in store was only offered a credit note.. or the option to return it via post (at my expense) for either swap (for the correct size) or money back (which is then up to 28 days)... Customer Service at it's lowest!!!!

I ordered my little girl some white trainers for holiday and received one white and one very discoloured yellow trainer ,to which I’ve had to pay another fee to send back and ask for replacement to which I’m waiting on

Product and length of delivery fine but price of delivery is really too high at £6.99 for standard delivery - majority of luxury retailers offer free delivery due to the price of goods so the cost is really not competitive at all

Only half of my order turned up and I wasn’t told that only part was coming or why only part had come but the whole of the money was taken I am still waiting for my other items

After appaling service in your manchester store we had to come home and order online which was actually straight forward but at a price of £193 foe shorts and tshirt I would have expected the order to be as placed but no instead of the grey t shirt with white box we got sent grey t shirt with black box well safe to say I was not best pleased but you try telling your 16 year old he now has to wait yet again for me to send the t shirt back and re order plus pay another £6.99 for delivery yep doesn't happen, he has settled because he is going on holiday and is affraid the other wouldn't arrive in time. This was the first experience of your stores and online from myself and safe to say it deffinatley needs to improvement

Not a bad word to say, one of my items went out of stock just after i ordered so i was unable to receive the item however, i reordered in a different colour and received a refund of the delivery so i didn’t have to pay 2 lots of delivery! Very quick response from customer service and very helpful!

The trainers I ordered were not the ones I received, had them delivered to store was told on line is different to purchase in store and there was nothing the manager could do to help I had to return them at a cost of £13.40, on top of the £6.99 delivery I paid for the wrong item. NOT MY FAULT customer service is a joke, 4 weeks later the problem is still not resolved. On line shopping at its worst

Simply not good enough unfortunately, saw a tracksuit which i liked, however once it had arrived it was completely different to the one online. Very disappointed unfortunately
