I ordered this as a gift to be delivered on a specific day. Either I didn't understand the website confirmation or it was delivered several days late.

Unfortunately, the delivery was nearly an hour late outside of its same-day delivery window of 12:00-18:00, which I wouldn't have minded so much if it didn't cost an extra 9.99 and I ordered well before the 13:00 cut-off point. The part that jarred me though was while the flowers were nice, the display picture looked considerably better, and the flowers in the picture had an intense and wide spectrum of colours while what I arrived at my door was fairly bland in comparison. Naturally, the display picture is going to look a little fresher and polished but I think the disparity between the two in this instance was a little too sharp for the cost.

The Flower bouquet was much smaller and more than 50% of the roses were small and of low quality. For 250£ close to a rip-off. Very disappointing especially since my former floom experiences were good.

Hi A Im sorry there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered not at the time requested. I do have to highlight that Floom's delivery time frame is mentioned on the website. We do not cater for specific time requests but a delivery window from 10am to 6pm. I apologise if there was a misunderstanding.

Hi Kareem Im sorry that there have been issues with your order. I understand your order was delivered late. However, I can see that your order was delivered by 6pm. This was certainly mentioned on the website - whereby Floom florists cannot provide time request deliveries. Either way, I hope your gift was enjoyed by your recipient.

As a Florist, i have no idea on quality as they could'nt find the delivery address given. As with many on line retailers it was hard to talk to a person and the phone number never answered. By email the customer support staff were quick and efficient and refunded my order. I'm still of the view that finding a local florist and ringing them direct remains the best strategy

There's quite a big difference between the photo shown on the website, and the actual bouquet received. Especially on the colours. I thought there would be a little bit more pink and beige, than just dark purple and greens. Ordering and delivery process are fine though.

I got sent the bouquet a week early by accident when I wasn't in. Unfortunately I wasn't told where it had been delivered to so I don't know where it went, or which of my neighbours may have accepted it

beautiful flowers. Would be ideal to have institutions for those cases where the flowers are presented in a box. i.e., whether it needs to be watered or not

Ordered flowers at 9:30 was delivered approx. 17:30. But flowers are beautiful.

Easy to navigate website. Lots of choices spanning all price points. I entered the wrong address. Delivery was attempted but not surprisingly, unsuccessful. Ideally I would have been contacted at that point, but I had to follow-up. The delivery was completed 2 days late. Nice flowers.

Flowers were beautiful but arrived very late. About three hours late. Wanted them there at there at a certain time which was the latest time noted on the delivery window and was delivered well past then. I received notifications it was delivered but again it was a few hours after the notification of delivery that the flowers were actually delivered. Reminder, product was amazing, service and expectations were the opposite of amazing.

I've been looking into this matter and can see an email was sent to you on Monday to highlight that there will be a substitution with your order. This you had consented to. I'm sorry if you were disappointed. In future, if you're not happy with a substitution, please choose to cancel the order rather than accept. I hope we can redeem ourselves should you place an order with Floom in the future.

I've been told the flowers were lovely and the ordering process was very easy, but they did not arrive on the designated day - rather 2 days later sadly.

I sent some flowers for my daughter's birthday choosing Floom because they guaranteed next day delivery 7 days a week.As the birthday was on a Sunday I was reassured that the delivery would go-ahead by the information on the website. However the flowers were not delivered until the Monday - she was very happy with them but I was rather cross that I had been charged extra for the Sunday delivery slot. I paid £9.99 and shall not be using Floom again as they did not offer to refund the money.
