The quality of the bouquet was very good. However, the size was really small for the price. I had even upgraded to the largest size offered.

Very easy to use platform, ordering process was easy and delivery was sent on time. Flowers did not match the image provided in coloring or size. Of course, don't expect it to be exactly the same but I paid for a "larger" size which doesn't seem to have taken place and the flowers were meant to be largely blush pink roses and instead were bright red roses and carnations.

Beautiful flowers but no vase. Lack of detail and customer service was poor. Did not respond to my enquiry about the vase. Had I known a vase was not included. I would have selected a different arrangement

We’ve ordered from you before and have been very satisfied. This time, although the wreath was beautiful, the delivery person left it in the lobby of our block of flats rather than bring it up to our flat (2nd floor - we had buzzed him in so he knew we were home). In comparison, this was the only time our Floom order hadn’t been brought up to our door.

Easy to use site and flowers were lovely, as hoped but had a lot of trouble entering and applying discount code and then customer service process of getting the promised discount refunded was unnecessarily complicated. Would try again to give them another chance!

I sent it to my sister for her birthday. Since she wasn't at home the flours were left at the reception. But there was no any sms or calls to her from Floom, that there is an attempt to deliver it to her and that it was left at the reception. So she didn't know about it till I asked her next day and she went to the reception to take it. As a result she didn't get the flours at her birthday. This is very poor service from your side.

I love Floom but recently I have have had 2x poor experiences (1) the flowers never showed up when I ordered them for my god daughter - and her mum had to tell me!? (2) the flowers I ordered weren’t available - even though the order was accepted - so the florist made a completely different bouquet to the one I ordered. For the first issue I got a refund and a discount - but this expired before I made my next order. Still want to be a champion but I am disappointed with the recent service

Beautiful flowers, and reasonably responsive customer service. I paid for delivery by 6pm on a Sunday, and they were not delivered until Monday morning though, without any prior warning and despite my repeated checking, much to my disappointment.

Although the arrangement was lovely with English country flowers, the photo I chose the arrangement from, was of tropical flowers! Mrs. Tawil, on her 95th birthday, would have enjoyed the tropical flowers so much more, having lived in the tropics. Supposedly, I was given the sites of florists that would actually have the tropical flowers in stock. Somewhat false advertising to show tropical flowers, and then deliver totally different flowers. (Sunflowers are not really tropical.)

PROS: Floom has a wide selection of flowers from a variety of florists all over the UK. This makes selecting the right bouquet fairly easy, if not overwhelming. The online ordering experience is good and easy. CONS: The vendor (Olympia Flowers) swapped out the bouquet I ordered (hatbox arrangement) for a cheaper bouquet. Very disappointed. This negatively impacted my experience of your service. Also, the delivery service partner has a decent online interface; however, the communication is spotty. I needed to reschedule the delivery date which I was able to do but I did not receive any confirmation of the rescheduled delivery date, so I was never sure it was actually rescheduled. I emailed several times. No response from Floom. That said, when I looked at my order again, I saw that the delivery date had indeed been changed. Thankfully. But most upsetting of all was that I paid for a more expensive bouquet (Hatbox arrangement) but it got swapped out for a cheaper bouquet (by OLYMPIA FLOWERS). I hope that Floom does some quality checks on the vendors. I was greatly disappointed by this.

Hello, unfortunately two of the hydrangeas had to be removed from the bouquet on the third day. I believe the bouquet was not very fresh!

Ordered flowers; turned out the exact order couldn't be satisfied, but I received emails ensuring me the flowers would still arrive on time, with substitutions. No flowers arrived. The florist was not aware of the the automated(?) promises made by Floom. Customer service was very nice and helpful.
