“Ordered from two shops, one delivered on time and looked great however the other could not delivery on the desired day. It was fairly last minute so understandable and Floom did sort me out so will continue to use Floom in the future. Nice to support local florists as well.”

“Would prefer a telephone contact to chat, but chat agent went as far as she could to get me the product I wanted. Would love to have a service that allowed client to enter a photo of a bouquet and be connected with providers that could produce same/similar. I have not seen the flowers I sent buy recipient was very pleased. So personal help 5; contact options 3; ability to personalize 3; product tbd.”

“My order from UK home to NYC family got caught in a glitch that delayed things for a day or so. But no loss & the recipient much liked the unexpected gift when it arrived a tad late. I was impressed that I got a refund to compensate for the delay.”

“Unfortunately the flowers I ordered didn’t come exactly the way they were advertised. I specifically ordered one that had peonies in them and it didn’t arrive with any. However she still loved them and it was still a beautiful bouquet!”
