“I chose a bouquet about 4 days before the delivery date, but the day before I had a phone call to say that there were not going to be enough of the particular pink roses and something else would have to be substituted. This was slightly annoying as I might have chosen a different bouquet had I known. However the delivered bouquet looked very nice and was much appreciated by the recipient .”

“The bouquet you see on the picture is not necessarily what you are getting, please be aware of it. That was not clear to me and I end up getting something similar, but different. They are a little pricey, deff could find something cheaper, but their service is quick, efficient, reliable and the card was lovely written. Sure seems like they care for the project.”

“Ordering the flowered online was easy enough, but I ordered a week before my mums birthday, to be delivered on her birthday (a Wednesday) and they were delivered a day later. That was disappointing, I live in California and my mum in England so I really wanted her flowers to be there on time.”

“I did not see the flowers personally but my mother was delighted with them, so you chose them well. If I had to fault you, it would be that the flowers arrived on the day but rather late in the day. As such occasions are birthdays, it is pleasanter for the recipient to receive flowers earlier rather than later in the day.”
