“Easy to use. Pricy but a good selection of flowers. Flowers delivered on time, though leaked a lot outside my door and the arrangement had come apart somewhat. Unexpected fees added at the end, but otherwise an okay experience.”

“They delivered a different item but appreciate the commitment to get the delivery done on valentine's. Only ordered from them since website promised same day delivery. Even though different bouqet arrived it did arrive same day which I think is acceptable on such a busy day.”

“Ordered flowers for relative in LA (I live in London). Easy in terms of checkout etc. Gave my relatives American number, delivered but left on the wall outside rather than actually knocking the door first. Also I opted for a ‘deal of the day’ (florist choice), it was a gamble but flowers that were chosen turned out to be lovely. However I paid for a superior size bunch and they looked like they were lacking from the picture I saw. Would use again though for convenience & the person receiving the flowers loved them.”

“Quick and easy to order some delicious treats as a birthday present. The prices are a bit high but I guess youre paying for convenience. Would have been nice if the cakes I ordered had been labeled and individually wrapped so that you know what each one is and so that they would stay fresh longer.”

“Great choice and clear info on price points and delivery availability. Flowers were delivered on the date requested, but I wasn't informed that the delivery was successful until the following day, so only advice would be to please confirm to customers more promptly that a delivery has been made and perhaps attach a photo so senders don't worry. But otherwise service was good.”
