“I have used Floom for a couple years now. They are an aggregator- the flowers you order will be coming from a florist near your delivery point. That said, the Floom website does a good job of showing you what the flowers will look like, and the standardized approach allows you to compare different bouquets and prices effectively. I have only ever had one disappointing bouquet delivered (which appeared to have been picked by the roadside by the driver and then slept on). Floom reviewed the pictures I sent them and then gave me a full refund with apologies. It happens....”

“Easy to use. So many beautiful options. Straightforward interface. One problem: the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Thankfully her neighbor was friendly and got them to her. I suggest you actually call/text the recipient to confirm the drop off is in the right location. Or perhaps ask for a picture of the drop off location so you get it right.”

“I love being able to use local florists. Floom makes it very easy to send flowers internationally! Only dropped a star because the arrangement wasn't as full as in the photo. I understand the picture can't match but it was a little sparse compared to the photo. Less greenery and no babies breath.”

“I have a very good experience with Foolm. Has used it a lot! Maybe it would be nice to get a message when the request of delivery time doesn’t wirk. I have requested morning delivery when I know the person will be away the rest of the day. Otherwise good an reliable service. Kind regards Anna-Karin”

“Even though neither of the things I purchased were able to be delivered due to delivery issues on this order the Floom team did try to resolve the issue and were in quick communication with me to notify me of the problem. Despite this order not going through have had several orders previously which arrived as expected and were excellent quality.”
