“Beautiful, reasonably-priced, fresh, well-presented gift bouquet delivered in promised window to the right place (guest at a London hotel). Only quibble is that 1/2 the flower types or colours were different from advertised pictures. Overbalanced the bouquet to yellow, which was slightly disappointing, but not devastating. Guess it depends on seasonal availability as to final product produced. Might have liked to have a say on what was substituted, particularly in terms of colour swaps.”

“The flowers were beautiful, but they arrived a day late, which was odd. I had bought same-day service, and did not get any updates on when they would be delivered and whether they would be late. It was a bit nail-biting when it was clear my friend hadn't received the flowers on her birthday. I was glad that at least she got the beautiful bouquet the following day.”

“The flowers weren’t exactly the same as the photo, but they were extremely beautiful! I ordered the bouquet for mother’s day from a different country - she loved it! I really appreciate a flower delivery service where I can show my mom how much I appreciate her, even though I live far away from her.”

“The recipient reports she is very pleased with the flowers, which is most important. Otherwise, the ordering process was easy and the communication about the status of the delivery was very good, although initially it was hard to understand exactly when the projected delivery date would be.”

“I have ordered from floom about 4 times and this was the first time they didn’t mess up the order or provide us with ugly flowers that didn’t match the photos. These flowers were definitely not exactly like the photos but it was closer than all the orders I’ve received.”

“Ordered the flower arrangement on Friday to be delivered to the hospital on Saturday. The thing is that they discharged the patient on Saturday (2 days before expected). I was away from home and couldn't change the delivery address on my phone. I tried with the "chat" option, but it was impossible. Finally, when I got home to my computer, I wrote an email to Floom, and they offered a full refund.”

“I ordered Mother's Day flowers in April (so several weeks ahead of time) to be delivered on actual Mothers' Day. They arrived to my mom at 7:45pm, and they forgot to print out/include the note I had written for my mom. The flowers were pretty and looked close enough to the photo, but between the extremely late delivery time and the forgotten note, I felt the service was lacking. I paid over $200 for the flowers plus delivery, and I feel like for that price, my expectations were not met.”

“I was pleased with the flowers, but the delivery instructions I left were not followed. The flowers were left outside the gate and might have been overlooked. The homeowner was not contacted to open the gate for delivery as I had requested. As a result, the flowers were not as fresh as they might have been.”
