Once again, I ordered flowers for a relative in the UK from the USA through Floom, and the flower arrangement and extras arrived on time and well-presented. This platform makes it so easy to order anytime. I will definitely use Floom for my next order.

A number of bouquet orders ago, I discovered Floom and I have purchsed from no other company since as I was so impressed and completely satisfied. The bouquets are exactly as pictured. The deliveries are exactly as promised. The website is user-friendly and the prices are comparable if not better. I really appreciate, additionally, that Floom uses local florists and the bouquet options are all tempting. Thank you Floom for assisting me in gifting the way I wish and with trust.

Great bouquets, happy receivers! The only thing was that there was no "food" sachets for the flowers, but they are ok second week without the extra food, so all good.

Overall everything was good. Large selection of flowers. Easy to place an order. Delivery was on time. The only disappointment is that after a few hours the flowers began to fade.

The flowers are great. I just wish the "10:00-18:00" delivery actually happened in that time frame, not later. In fact, I ordered 2 days in advance, so having the delivery earlier in the day would be nice. On the other hand, I understand 8 of March is a very busy day.

Flowers were delivered and left outside on the street, where they were subsequently taken because we were not notified. I had to argue back and forth with customer service, submit a credit card dispute and threaten legal action in order to get a refund. Absolutely terrible service, I would never use this company again.

My order (a birthday gift) was delivered to the wrong address and by the time it was resent to the correct one the birthday had passed. This was disappointing but the customer service was reasonably good.
