“My flowers arrived dead. Really not happy with this. Sent them as a leaving gift to someone I won’t see for an extended period of time and they have advised the flowers showed up dead and had to be instantly binned. Not the cheapest place but thought I’d tried somewhere new. Will post this review online when if I don’t hear back.”

“The flowers were delivered at the end of the day there were supposed to, and paid for only because I keep on sending email from Australia alarming. There were supposed to email me, after delivery. They did it after 12 hours. Never again I will use this service.”

“Such a surprise! I sent flowers from abroad to my mum for Mother’s Day and a lovely lady hand delivered this from the company and it made my mum‘s day, from the lovely interaction to a hard written note it was more than I expected. It’s so nice to have flowers delivered in such a personable way, especially in today’s world so I will 100% come back again and use Floom as my go-to 🥰”
