“I ordered a flower arrangement based on the beautiful photo shown online, but what was delivered was a completely different story. The flowers arrived wilted, nearly dead, and some of the types promised were missing. The arrangement looked nothing like the picture and was honestly embarrassing to give as a gift. The quality was very poor, and the advertising was misleading. I will never use this service again.”

“It's odd writing this review - for two reasons. First, the flowers that were scheduled to be delivered this past Saturday have still NOT YET been delivered today - Tuesday. And- of course- the flowers were a gift to my daughter on the occassion of her first Mother's Day. The second reason it seems odd to bother taking the time to write this review is that- the motivation is a discount on my next purchase [on Floom], yet after this experience, it is unlikely I will ever use Floom again.”
