“I ordered the flowers at short notice, they arrived on time and were beautiful and beautifully presented. There were no problems with ordering from Australia for a local London delivery.”

“The service was very convenient so I really can't fault it for that. The downside was the fact the flowers delivered weren't what I ordered. Clapham Flowers called to inform me and given the fact I had promised flowers, I was kinda stuck with what they had available. I ordered tulips and peonies were delivered. Thankfully the gesture was enough, but overall I may do it in person next time, or call a flower shop directly to ensure what arrives is what I ordered.”

“We live in San Francisco and wanted to order a special bouquet for a beloved aunt in Hexham for her 80th birthday. Given the distance, we used Floom to order what looked to be a lovely bouquet based on their website - Floom did not disappoint! The flowers were gorgeous and she was delighted! I would use Floom again, without hesitation, for other occasions. Thank you!!”
