“The flowers were beautiful, just like in the photo, but I got a notification that the flowers were delivered long before they were actually delivered so that left everyone with an uneasy feeling for a few hours not knowing if the flowers were delivered somewhere else by mistake or they are still going to arrive.”

“THe flowers delivered were not what I ordered and did not come with the vase advertised. I have repeatedly tried to contact Floom to complain. I have had one reply asking for photos despite the fact I;d already sent photos. Despite reseding the photos there has been no futher response. On top of all this, the quaity of the roses was poor with damaged petals. This was not cheap and I regret ordering now. Things go wrong but the lack of communication is a major issue.”

“I placed a next day order. Delivery wasn’t made. Was told it would be delivered in 4 days. Cancelled order and waiting for a refund. Order was as for £120. Will never use again.”
