“Flowers were stunning and very good value for money. My mum absolutely loved them for her birthday and the colours were so vibrant. Brightened up the whole room! Arrived in excellent time too.”

“Sadly, my first Floom experience has been terrible. A birthday bouquet for my Auntie delivered a full day late and a pathetic, disappointing bouquet. Nothing like the picture. No communication. Still trying to get a refund.”

“I chose bouquet called Cosmo but what my recipient received was cheap, ugly and totally embarrassing. It had a Lily in the center which my recipient is Allergic to. Very few flowers and filled with greens. Will never use Floom again!!!”

“The flowers were beautiful but I’m very upset that they were delivered to the wrong house, especially after I left clear details about delivery in my order (as requested). My 76 year old mother had to drive to pick them up. Why the details were ignored is baffling.”

“I am sorry but was very disappointed in Floom’s service. My order, to mark a 40th anniversary arrived a day late and even then was not delivered until 7pm. Unable to reach customer service by phone. Will not use Floom again.”
