“Since I first came across Floom, it has become my 'go to' company when I want to send flowers. Everyone I send them to always calls to tell me how beautiful the bouquet is. Their arrangements are different and often feature things you wouldn't expect. Most recently I wanted to celebrate my sister's promotion - she told me she had to go out and buy a new vase as nothing she had was good enough for the flowers!”

“The flowers never came though I ordered them two weeks prior and double-checked with Floom customer service on the day of the promised delivery. Floom cheated my wife out of a proper birthday. I am not happy. This will not be my last review.”

“This has been my first and last experience with Floom. I ordered an orchid to be delivered to a friend of mine last week and received an email notification on Saturday that it had been delivered. However, that didn't actually seem to be the case, as my friend never received the orchid. I called Floom over the weekend to ask if they had possibly delivered to the wrong address, but no one picked up so I left a detailed voicemail to call me and never heard anything back. Then when I called today I finally got in touch with a human on their service team but have yet to hear back, despite being promised that I would by end of day. Floom feels very much like a scam, which makes me sad to say because I want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but if an orchid isn't delivered and my friend doesn't receive it within an acceptable amount of time, I will request a refund from Floom and leave this review as stands; I'm not impressed by my experience as of yet.”

“I ordered an arrangement to be delivered next day. I called to find Outstaus of the delivery, only to find that the person I spoke to on the phone said that the delivery person could not find the place to deliver. I was also told that they would not be able to deliver any more that day even though their hours are between 10 and 6 PM and it was only early afternoon. I’m expecting a full refund back.”

“I was looking for tasteful arrangements and quality flowers. With online florists sending flowers to a friend, you’re not sure what you will get when you trust a photo. But my friend sent me a photo of the flowers that were delivered and they looked like the stock photo! Really beautiful fresh flowers. It was worth going with Floom. They are pricier than other florists but high quality. Thanks!”

“I actually tried four or five times to make my purchase. The bouquets were terrific. The prices, not too terrible. And delivery was reliable. But the website does not always work.”
