“My parents have ordered pink bouquet for my Birthday, but what I have received-horrible red flowers, nowhere near to what was described! Do not recommend to anyone use this website, as you pay damn how much and get absolutely not what was described... horrible!!!”

“I am very disappointing at this shop! I have bought a deluxe bouquet for my friends birthday and they just send tulips very like the same from Tesco or any other shop. I wanted a nice and big bouquet and what I have received? Customer Services did not even answer to my complaint and I put a review on their website and they did not post it!”

“I recently ordered the ‘flowers of the week’ for my wife’s excellent university grades, ordering what I thought would be a medium bouquet. She was greeted with a bunch or carnations which is of paid £3 for at the local Asda. I shelled out £30 for these and was offered a lousy £10 credit for flower station! You must be having a laugh. Please do not order from these fraudsters!! Save your money and go to the local garage for similar quality carnations!!”

“Avoid using for funerals. No confirmation email. Said will be delivered by 10am Courier phones me at 11;50 at the place not knowing what to do. Incompetent.”

“I order flowers for my wife coming home from hospital. we never received the flowers. I called Flower Station and they told me they delivered them to a person I have never met. They refused to refund - point blank. they told me - to have my wife - JUST HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL - to go and find them..... Shocked beyond belief.”

“Good from start to finish...I would give Flower Station 5 stars , but then I rarely do. Otherwise, if you are looking for a straight forward delivery of pretty good bouquets than this is the place to order from.”

“I would give Flower Station 5 out of 5 but I rarely do that. Otherwise, I can not fault their customer service, their bouquet and the delivery service. Very please with Flower Station overall, and they deliver their flowers themselves which is always a bonus in my mind. Keep up the good work.”

“Very good experience overall, just as one would expect from a flower delivery service. I rarely give 5 out of 5 so this is as good as it gets form (a siging delivery driver maybe would have done the trick). In all fairness, my whole experience went very smoothly and flowers were just as ordered.”

“Ordered luxury red roses bouquet from Flower Station for same day delivery in London. Flowers arrived, just as in picture and their delivery service was just as amazing. I was sent constant email notifications and was even able to track the order on a map. Perfect!”
