“No stars!!!!!! I just graduated and my aunt bought me flowers. She said they were delivered and I never got flowers. I checked with my neighborhood and no one received flowers. Per checking the cameras within my area and street, no flowers were even seen to be delivered on my street. If we don't get a refund I will submit a complaint for fraud. This is not how anyone should do business and if a person takes time out of their day to pay for someone they care for to receive flowers for whatever occasion, they should receive them!!!”

“BUYER BEWARE: No delivery, no follow up, no call backs, no answers... Just took the money and incredibly hard to get a hold of them. I get it mothers day is a crazy holiday. But they totally dropped the ball. they have good google reviews but you can tell; there fake reviews. No stars. Do some research guys and make sure to shop local. its worth another $10 or $20 to have the better customer service and to know that your helping out a community member.”

“You don’t even deserve one star! You delivered flowers in Arizona without notifying recipient with Eve a knock on the door. There was absolutely no water in the vase and the flowers were all dead. You also only delivered half the flowers that were ordered. This is unacceptable. It looked like someone went to a grocery store nought old flowers and a vase and stuck them on the porch! Photo shows what was ordered and what was delivered. Shame on you!”

“I have used this website twice to order flowers for my mother, both times the order has been cancelled without my knowledge with the transaction still on my account. I had ordered a bouquet last year 05 May, that was cancelled without my knowledge and when I re-ordered the bouquet was delivered days later than the specified date. This year 10 May, I ordered a bouquet since I am stationed in Okinawa and not able to see my mother but maybe once a year. I received no confirmation email, there was no tracking information on my account, the transaction stood on my account, and when I called customer service they told me the order had been cancelled because they didn’t have enough florists. They made no effort to inform me. I am greatly disappointed by this website, I was counting on this bouquet because I don’t get to see my mother almost ever and it’s the one way I could’ve given her a happy Mother’s Day. The lack of communication and customer service should make this review less than one star.”

“I ordered the premium bouquet of flowers for Mother’s Day. I paid 116 dollars. I received a tiny vase with a small handful of flowers. The company Meme’s florist, Corinth told me it was a 40 dollar order. My reciept said I paid 116 dollars. My wife deserves better on Mother’s Day. What a disappointment. I asked for a Mother’s Day delivery and received the flowers on Saturday.”

“Don’t waste your time or money, use another vendor!! I placed an order on Wednesday morning and the estimated delivery was Friday. They never arrived. I emailed customer service and they said give them time to research. They replied 8 hours later stating the delivery was made. My mom drove 45 minutes back to her worksite just to discover they were NOT delivered. I called customer service and they tried to tell me customer service was closed, even though people were answering phones; they weren’t supposed to close for 2 more hours! Poor service, awful experience! I’ll definitely use a local florist next time or 1-800-Flowers. I’ve had a good experience with the latter and don’t know why I didn’t use them this time. Lesson learned the hard way.”

“I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR IF I COULD. I ORDERED FLOWERS A WEEK AGO TO BE DELIVERED 05-09-2024. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY CAN BE DELIVERED 05-10-2024 THEY SAID YES. FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP! I CALLED AND THEY SAID THEY HAD TO CANCEL IT BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM FILLING THE ORDER. SO MY MOM DIDNT GET ANY FLOWERS BC OF THEM. THANKS. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!”

“Looked vaguely like what I ordered. I understand if you do not have purple roses. But to substitute them with anything other than roses of a different color. The name of the bouquet is Rosy Day Bouquet..... Delivery drive dropped it off at the front desk and did not even bother to take it to the residence.”

“Terrible experience with this company. The order was supposed to be delivered that day. It was not, even though I received a delivery notification. The next day I called and was told I would receive a call back with information about my delivery....NO RESPONSE. I called the next day and was told it showed delivered on "their end". I finally canceled my order. Such a waste of time!”

“Really poor service. They over promise time of delivery. Ask you what time you want to be delivery and offer same day!!! and is no real!!! Can’t get nobody in the phone who can tell me what time will be delivery. Worse experience ever !!!!”

“I reached out to customer service after not receiving anything about the shipping on the day that I was supposed to receive the flowers. I didn't hear back from customer service until 2 hours later, and then they told me that they couldn't deliver to my area. Had I known early that morning I could've done same day delivery with another flower carrier, and instead I didn't found out they don't deliver to my area until I reached out and it was too late for same day delivery. Choose any other flower delivery option!”

“Do NOT order from this website! I ordered on a Wednesday for same day delivery, was charged an additional fee and never received the flowers. I was called on Thursday with apologies and a promise they would be delivered then. Today is Friday… still waiting. This is a scam. I am reporting them to BBB.”

“The old bait and switch. First time using your service and my order had to be cancelled. After placing my order via your website, I received a phone call to tell me that I would need to pay an additional fee for my order to be delivered. Why wouldn't this be disclosed when I input the delivery address during checkout? When something seems too good to be true, it usually is and this is no exception. Will not be returning.”

“This is the most terrible and unprofessional “business” I’ve ever experienced. They do not follow up with orders if late. I was told my flowers would be delivered a certain day and received them. I DO NOT recommend”
