I ordered purple/ amethyst floral bouquet and paid $107 for the arrangement. I was sent multicolored flowers that did not look anything like the arrangement advertised. This is ‘ bait and switch “

I ordered flowers from Flowershopping.com for my brother in laws wake and they were terrible, most of them were dead, it was a disgrace. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this company at all.

I am very dissatisfied with thei services and product.   I was charged twice for the order. Once on 3/17/24 for $98.92 and again on 3/18/24 for $88.25.  Additionally I ordered Item# TEV31-3C, a premium Teleflora Radiant Reflection Bouquet to be delivered on Sunday, 3/17/24 because the recipient, my daughter-in-law was leaving for Japan for a birthday trip on 3/18.   The item was not delivered until 3/18/24.  Also, the item delivered was not what was ordered.  Not only were their services misrepresented, but the product as well.

would give zero stars if that was an option. Horrible experience. Not even close to what i ordered. Company doesn't communicate and won't respond about a refund. DO NOT USE!!

I placed order online Saturday morning for an arrangement that was listed on sale for $37. I was charged tax, delivery fee of $19.99 plus same day fee $3.95. The flowers were not delivered even though I received a confirmation email that they were. Then they were to be delivered Sunday which they weren’t. My PayPal charge already processed & my sister never received her gift. I called today & was already issued refund which was nice but still no flowers & her birthday came is gone. Very disappointing.

Terrible company and customer service. Company charges an extra fee to deliver on Sundays, but does not deliver in a timely manner. I ordered at 6am the day prior to the delivery and by 6pm the following day my ordered had not arrived. Customer service rep couldnt answer the question or even confirm I had a delivery. She had to refer my order to the florist the used, but could not give me the name. This company ruined a very special occasion.

Iam a military Dr I ordered flower arrangement to a business @ $120 , they send the wrong item that I picked at much lower price .. they refused to correct the mistake or refund the money.. they offered to give me 15% discount and hung up .. Don’t use Flower Shppping if you value your money 👎.

Ordered flowers on 3/9/24 for delivery on my SIL birthday 3/14/24. Never delivered and didn’t inform me. I called them and they said they were unable to deliver and were canceling my order. Terrible! They had my phone number to let me know but instead waited for me to contact them to cancel!

Ordered and paid for same day delivery. Responded to their email telling them to deliver asap....especially since I paid for the upcharge. Then received another area stating that they didn't have a flower shop and that there would be an additional charge. Ummmm....if you cannot fulfill the service provided, why would that fall on me....needless to say my mother didn't get her flowers for her birthday. They certainly don't do the right thing when it comes to customer service. Now that I see others' reviews, I wish I would have done my homework ahead of time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I just ordered expensive flowers for my grandma and they didn't leave it at the door since I didn't instruct them to do so. So now, day of her birthday, they are charging me another rederlivery fee and aren't guaranteed to get there today on her birthday. Such a scam. So they told me I already paid $110...and now I have to pay an additional $12. Sooo...I won't be using them again...and the flowers better arrive at her house. Stay tuned to see if they actually get delivered. DO NOT USE

Whomever Ms Neal is she has raggedy low life low class business. Refused to verify in a timely manner the flower delivery and refused to divulge the trifling company’s they work with. Never order from them.

They took advantage of a 97 year old gentleman and military vet who only wanted to purchase his wife flowers for Valentines Day. He ordered the premium arrangement and they sent the standard / as shown arrangement. I was guaranteed via two emails and via phone by Customer Service that his arrangement would consist of more flowers. Not only was that NOT the case, they sent different colors. When I complained, that evening (a few times), they went online and actually changed the color of the flowers from burgundy to orange and revised the description and blocked me from their site. Who does that? Talk about having too much time on their hands. Look at their review on the BBB website. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Order directly from a local, established florisist.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered flowers for Valentine's day weeks in advance and they simply emailed me the day AFTER to apologize for not being able to fill the order. The customer service is atrocious. STAY AWAY from this company if you actually need flowers for any occasion. I called 9 times Valentine's day to see when they were being delivered and they continued to say they would let me know. Please do yourself a favor and use a different company

My husband placed the order on February 8th and gave the specific instructions. They NEVER delivered the flowers at all. He is devastated and feels terrible. I feel even worse. How can you be SO irresponsible as to not deliver the flowers that have already been paid for? We demand a reimbursement for the total amount paid. We will NEVER EVER order flowers from you again and will make sure that we let our family and friends know how irresponsible you are.

Please read all the comments. We are all saying the same thing. Poor delivery: will not get there as promised. Poor product: My chosen arrangement arrived as two potted plants thrown in a basket. Poor response: they are barely available and are incredibly poor at communicating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want a nice arrangement delivered on time!

I am extremely disappointed with this company and my experience as a whole. I placed my order on February 6th and less than 3 hours later placed a request for the date to be changed to the next morning as the recipient would not be at work on the original date. Listed right above the form states "We will respond to your request within 24 hours (excluding Sunday) of receiving your message." I was NEVER contacted and when I tried to call BOTH numbers for customer service there was no customer service or voicemail even during "office hours" as I called over 20 times throughout multiple week and weekend days. THEN still after no response or help, I emailed customer support and was then told my request was approved until 1 pm when I was told it was actually not approved and the delivery was already done. If I had known I would not be able to contact anyone in a week about my request or that the online request form apparently goes to no one and the response time was not real I would have gone with another company. I doubt this will ever get seen if this company continues with its no human contact response history but if so please never expect my business or any referral you may have received from me to others, extremely disappointed my mother's birthday flowers will most likely die overnight because I went with the wrong company. Worst $75 ever spent.

My granddaughter 10 years old had a procedure today at the hospital. I called at 10:00 this morning paid extra to have it delivered today so it would be arriving by the time she got back from the hospital. They just notified me at 5:34 p.m. that they won't be able to deliver today she'll get it maybe tomorrow. If you want something for a loved one do not order from this place. Flowershopping.com I put one star only because I can't put zero.

honestly wish i could give zero stars. purchased rush delivery for before noon and was contacted around 4pm stating they were unable to deliver due to some error that could not be addressed until then and now all the drivers were gone for the day. why would this mistake happen if the flowers were supposed to be delivered by noon? wouldn’t the mistake or error be able to be corrected had i been contacted at that time instead of the end of the day of their business hours? i could care less about the 75$ refund of my money, the principle is that they ruined what was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mothers birthday who lives out of town. what a garbage company with no respect or appreciation for people who spend money. i should have known better than to support some company with the most minimal contact information. 10/10 do not recommend to anyone.

Ordered 2 different boutiques of flowers for the same person. 1 was delivered 2 days after it was supposed to be. 1 never was delivered. Called customer services 3 times and no one will give an answer as to why it has not been delivered. Just get that someone will call back. 3 days later still waiting for a call. WORST customer care EVER. Won’t refund my money either.
