I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday to be delivered on September 5th. At 3pm on September 5th, I was advised that the order could not be fulfilled and they would either refund my card or upgrade my arrangement at no cost for the inconvenience. I chose the latter, which was a regrettable mistake. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN! I ordered a Deluxe Hydrangea plant and my friend received a bouquet of yellow flowers with a card addressed to Lizzie from John and a balloon that said "thank you". Clearly receiving the wrong order, we both tried to contact the company to no avail. My friend ended up looking up the address of the correct receipient and switching flowers on her own time. Not only does this company not even acknowledge this error as theirs, but the flower they "upgraded" me to was a single orchid, which was weltering. They offered me 10% off for my troubles, referencing their substitution policy- which is a joke. Rather than battle via email, I called their "Customer Service" line. The representative sounded like she hated her job and told me she has no power to actually do anything to fix my experience. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told managers are only available thought email. THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AT ALL? I went back to email and pulled screen shots of the pricing of the flowers I ordered vs the flowers I received/should have been upgraded to. My upgrade to Premium totaled $109. The flowers my friend received were $69! This website is a scam- I only used it in error. I intended to use 1800flowers (they are amazing by the way) and was in a rush and did not realize I was routed to this terrible company's website instead. Now that I am in this experience, there are 100s of reviews like mine. This company clearly does not care about their customers- they just want your money and will gain it fraudulently. A beautiful gift has turned into a stressful embarrassment. Go literally anywhere else but here.

We paid for same day delivery and that didn't happen, customer service was a joke as well. They offered to refund the $3.95 for same day delivery but that was about it. We spent over $100 for the flowers! We will never use this company again and I will be sure to tell anyone who wants to order flowers from this company about the terrible experience we had. Buyer beware!

Did not deliver same day as guaranteed on their site,no card included,when I complained they told me same day is NOT guaranteed even thought it says so clearly on their web site.Will NEVER order from them again.

Horrible!!!!! Ordered a Get Well arrangement for someone recovering from surgery and it was delivered with a Happy Birthday balloon. Called customer service and they asked “Is your complaint about the arrangement or the balloon?” No service recovery at all!!!! There are way too many options for floral delivery and would not recommend or ever use again.

Ordered flowers august 1 same day never delivery. Do not order from these people and it was. Edited cutoff time around 11 am. Save your time and money.

Adding to this long list of people who have had horrible experiences with not only the delivery and flowers, but also with the customer service team. I ordered flowers for my dad, who was diagnosed with cancer, I ordered him a nice bamboo selection with a black tray - something that would last longer than flowers would. I also paid for rush delivery to have it delivered same day (I actually meant to order from 1800 flowers, but they must have paid to be first up on google so oh well, my mistake), I did not hear from my dad that day - I have never had an issue with 1800 flowers they have always been delivered on time. The next morning I got an email stating that they did not have the bouquet I ordered, but would replace it with something “similar”. The email came in at 7am and I responded at 11:30am that I wanted to cancel. They responded they could not cancel. The flowers were delivered and they were not even close to similar to what I had picked out. I ordered something that was “zen” and plant like, what arrived was just an ordinary bouquet of flowers. I sent a picture and no one responded, so I called and spoke to someone who agreed with my sentiment and said they would escalate to their manager. The “manager” wrote back that all they were willing to do was give me a 10% refund ($13.00 on a $134 delivery - so basically nothing), even after explaining the flowers were not delivered on the right day, not the right flowers and then no response after my initial reach out, I was told that they reserve the right to basically send any type of flowers they want; and that it was my fault for not cancelling earlier, even though I canceled on the day I was told the flowers were not available. I should have been refunded 100%, if the flowers were not available they should have picked up the phone and called. This company takes advantage of people during difficult times and has horrible customer service. Don’t make the same mistake I did; steer clear and get your flowers from a legitimate company.

SCAM! Please do not order from here. So disgusting that people do this to others on some of the worst days. I have reported them, and will continue and continue to do so. NEVER GOT THE DELIVERY!

I should have looked here first to see all the 1 star reviews before ordering from this place! My relative just called to let me know the flowers have not arrived. Customer service are liars. You get out on hold then when a live person answers, you tell them your story they say they will transfer to the right person, only to put you back in hold in the same que.

My uncle passed away (my father's brother) and my father asked me to order some flowers to be delivered for the funeral service. The ordering process was easy enough but on the day of the funeral the flowers never arrived. I stepped away to call and inquire about where our flower delivery was but no one answered the phone all 3 times I called. I ended up emailing them after the service and they answered saying they were sorry for the missed delivery and if I wanted to have the flowers delivered to the residence the next day they could do that. I told them that the funeral was over and done with and I required a full refund, the flowers were meant to be for the funeral and it was absolutely ridiculous that a company that advertises same day delivery couldn't even follow through on a delivery that was ordered a full day ahead. I sent them the residences address letting them know that their offer to deliver to the house could make up the missed delivery but I believe they offered this only in hopes that they didn't need to refund me. When I inquired about the full refund for the missed delivery they replied saying they were sorry but they could not deliver the arrangement to the address provided and a refund would be issued. Absolutely ridiculous, my family is dealing with a loss and all we required was a flower arrangement to show our condolences and I have to now deal with making sure I get a refund for something that should've been no problem to deliver. And really sad on the companies part that they missed the delivery and still didn't make up for it by still sending our bouquet. If they offered to still send the bouquet to the families residence they should've followed through on that offer instead of being greedy and expecting not to have to refund me!

This was the WORST experience EVER. I paid extra for same day delivery (by 3pm) for my sister in law’s birthday at 7:00 AM. They sent an email at 6 pm and said “sorry they had a problem” I asked them to call me the next day, they did and said oh we will deliver it today , 2 days later no flowers. The only thing they offered was a snotty woman saying “how would you like to proceed” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS HORRIBLE!!!

Worst experience I have ever had. Did not deliver the arrangement I ordered. Instead my sister got a basket of fruit with a potted plant thrown in. Customer is fast to reply but with no satisfaction. They definitely do not honor their guarantee. Will never order from them again and will make sure everyone knows what a scam they are.

If you choose to use this company’s services, be prepared to be sorely disappointed by their total ineptitude and total lack of concern for your order. On June 28th, I placed an order for a bouquet to be sent to my mother’s house as a surprise for her 76th birthday. I found the arrangement that I wanted on their website, placed my order, and received confirmation in my email. Unbeknownst to me, that same order was cancelled less than 15 minutes after I placed it, and the notification was sent to my email junk bin. The entire day passed, and by the time I learned what had happened, it was far to late to get use a different service for same-day delivery. So my mom received nothing from me for her birthday. When I called the next day, to find out what had happened, it took 20 minutes to get through and the customer service rep could not have cared less about my concerns. All I received was a lot of “I’m sorry, Sir” and “Is there anything else I can help you with today?” repeated over and over again in a monotone voice. No explanation as to why they took the order in the first place if they were incapable of filling it. And certainly no offer to send out any kind of replacement from any local shop. I strongly advise anyone reading this not to ever use flowershopping.com. This company is completely inept and totally unconcerned about their customers.

I placed an order on May 28, 2023 for a flower arrangement to be the centerpiece for a funeral / Celebration of Life on June25, 2023. My instructions was that the arrangement must be delivered by 11am for the event beginning at 1pm, even paid extra for them to be delivered on a Sunday. The arrangement was never delivered and we did not have a centerpiece for our event. I am totally disappointed that this irresponsible behavior affected such a personal event for our family. I have continued to reach out to their customer service via phone call and the contact page on their website but they will not respond to me. I paid over $150.00 for this product and unacceptable service! Horrible experience and I'm now apparently out of my hard earned money!

Promised same day delivery four days ago. The company charged for same day delivery but failed to deliver. They later emailed and asked when I would like the flowers delivered. I responded with deliver as soon as you can. This was followed by texts and 1800 phone calls asking if I would like the flowers delivered. I responded each time yes. It has been 4 days with no delivery (for a birthday) and no capacity to reach a person at the company's phone numbers due to excessively long hold times. Ordered a plant that was suppose to be delivered on Father’s Day. And it was not delivered . And I paid a good penny for the item plus that delivery extra date ! Want a refund !!!

No delivery and no refund, as of yet. They "couldn't find anyone to deliver my order" in THE BOSTON AREA! It wasn't BFE! It was a sizeable area. Strongly advise no one use this company.

Flowershopping.com worked with a local florist to provide a planter arrangement for a funeral for me. The local florist substituted carnations (3) for a flowering plant and flowershopping.com calls it an equal substitution. They went so far as to tell me if I wanted the plant that was advertised I should have noted it in the special comments! Their online customer service feels a $6 refund on a $100 purchase should be sufficient. I wish I had taken time to read reviews before I ordered. Stay away from flowershopping.com!
