“Flowers were delivered but not chocolates. Requested call back from customer service and the only response I got was to call Interflora. I live in Canada so have no phone #s and none were offered to me. Did not appreciate her response or attitude.”

“Flowers were beautiful, however, were a bit bruised on arrival,m wilted and with yellowing leaves. The recipient had to administer first aid! Once they picked up they were lovely. More care is needed in dispatch and handling.”
