“I made two orders to Flying flowers on the same day....I am giving five to the first order as the delivery was prompt and my friend was delighted with them.... However the second order did not run as smoothly...Without asking the order was “upgraded” and delivered three days early...Unfortunately these flowers were a welcome home to friends who did not arrive until the date I requested....I must say though on my complaint my money was refunded.. I have used Flying Flowers for many years as I live abroad and this was the first time I was let down so I will continue to use them in the future...Many thanks ...”

“I have used Flying Flowers for years and so has my husband. All orders have been delivered on time and we were very pleased with the flowers. Unfortunately probably due to the Christmas post an order went astray in early December. I contacted Flying Flowers and they very quickly sent a replacement. I was very impressed at their high standard of service and will continue to use them for all my flower orders.”

“Top Marks in every respect. Despite a warning that due to the busy time of year the flowers may not be delivered exactly on date- they were. Good value for money especially with 50% more flowers for same cost. I always use Flying Flowers rather than rival firms.”

“The flowers were delivered to a friend who’s son is seriously ill in Australia. She cannot visit him due to the virus and is very worried. The flowers have been able to cheer her and she loves their perfume.”
